Transfer was very good, picked us up from the airport ,next day picked us up in plenty of time to catch our flight. A good service.
The driver was terrific and we didn't have to wait for too long, but when I arrived on the island I found out that a taxi for two would have been quite a bit cheaper. Also, on the trip back to the airport, the company has a set time they come to your hotel regardless of your departure time. We were at the airport four hours before our plane was scheduled to depart. The van was comfortable and the driver was very friendly, but the service was not worth the price and my time.
I have been to Grand Cayman four times. This was an outstanding cruise and dinner and a "must do" every time I return to that beautiful island.
The catamaran was beautiful and spacious enough that everyone on board could have a little bit to themselves. The crew was friendly and service was exceptional. They put the sails up and moved the boat around to offer all sorts of excellent photo ops. The food was just okay, but the experience completely eclipsed that. Well worth it.
My only complaint - when my husband and I (who couldn't take the shuttle because we were out at Morritt's) arrived, we were given conflicting directions from everyone and it was really stressful trying to figure out what to do and where to go right up to the time we were boarding. Just know that the boat pulls up right on the beach at the Beach Suites, no dock necessary! When they say wait out front, wait out back.
Not good value at all, supposed to start at 09.00, actually started around 10.00. 2 hour tour, half an hour at Turtle Farm, 15 mins at Hell, rest of time on bus. Very poor value and no fun at all.
Our guide was knowledgeable and friendly it was a good way to start the trip and decide what we wanted to do from there.
When ashore had to find tour bus which took half hour, then, we were the only persons on bus. Road around alone for half hour seeing and hearing about the "downtown" sites. Afterwards, waited 20" until others customers arrived. Our guide was great, knowledgeable and friendly. He bought the tickets and guided us at the Turtle Farm. We felt that he had to improvise for us as most if not all others went to Dolphin attraction. The stop at Hell and the Rum Factory was crowded with people and was a waste of time.
Though they ran a bit late showing up and making us question whether the tour was on or not, when they finally did show up, the excursion was superb! Our guide was very informative and gave us a lot of good laughs, making the tour very enjoyable and worthwhile! Having been to GCayman before, we opted to try something different (the Turtle Farm) and we were very happy with the choice. If you are a first timer to GCayman, we would still suggest going to Stingray City/snorkeling, above all excursions! But if you can't do that one, this is a recommended one, by us!
This was my first trip to the Caymans and I am so happy I did took the dinner cruise. The crew was delightful and the food was delicious. I can't wait to come back next year.
This tour was awesome. Our tour guide was pleasant and well informed. He made us comfortable give us a tour that I will never forget. However, the placed that we stopped for lunch was not very good, but the tour made up for every bit of it.
I enjoyed this tour, but I do believe that the food could have been more. I know that it was not intended to be dinner, but I don't like having to jump in line before all of it is eaten. The atmosphere was so lovely, I just wanted to relax and take it all in. The crew was great as well.
