It was very interesting know the region, the champagne process production and trying. But what i liked most was The Reim's Cathedral.. Wonderful!!! Besides, the restaurants to lunch in Reims are very nice!

Excellent tour...very informative...highlights were champagne tastings,the church in Reims, and the beautiful countryside. We had a memorable lunch in the town of Reims. Well worth leaving the city to explore the Champagne region.

Our tour guide, Patricia, was outstanding. She was very knowledgeable and informative about the Champagne region and the places we visited, including a detailed tour of the cathedral in Reims. We also had outstanding tours at the two vineyards we visited, with ample opportunity for questions and tasting. A most enjoyable day.

The trip to the Champagne region was fabulous. After a slight hiccup of being told to meet at one place and then escorted to another we were on our way. The bus was superclean and the sights were wonderful. The two wineries visited, Mumm and Moet and Chandon were very informative with Moet and Chandon being the best in its overall package of information and wine tasting. Overall a great day in the country with Reims being an outstanding city to visit. Thankyou Viator

Awesome tour to the French countryside and the Champagne region. Reims Cathedral was beautiful. The tours of the Champagne houses were very informative and the champagne tasting was yummy.

I highly recommend taking this day trip to the Champagne region. We visited this region back in Dec 18, 2009 and had a great time. A super nice bus with recliner seats is used to transport you from Paris to Rheims. We visited Mumms first and then went to Moet and Chandon. The best part is they give you plenty of time to visit the church and also give you some time to wander around and find a nice place for lunch. After some tastings and some purchases, it's back on the bus for the trip back into Paris just in time for dinner. A great day trip.

What a great trip. The minivan approach was a terrific way to experience the Champagne region away from the tour bus throngs. We drove small back roads up through the vineyards and small villages, visited a centuries-old church which contained the tomb of Dom Perignon and had wonderful vistas of the Marne Valley with grapes as far as the eye could see. While the visit to Mumm was educational, it was far more sterile and "corporate" compared to the tour we took with one of the small local producers where the approach was much more personal and attentive their process is still done almost entirely by hand. Our guide was really stellar - knowledgeable, funny and very customer focused. Would absolutely recommend.

This was our first time in Paris can't wait for the next. The wine tour of the Champagne region was excellent! It was the only planned event of our trip plans are for when spontaneity doesn't work out as we were not looking to go on any forced marches. And we never felt as such on this day trip. Our guide was attentive, charming and his historical knowledge of dates and places really added to the overall experience. The other members of our group were the finishing touch, the pice de resistance. Our goal was to learn about the production process, take in some of the wine country, see the sites of Epernay and Reims, and to sample good champagne of course! We met our goal and then some. To make the experience all the more memorable, it was harvest, with the vineyards full of workers gathering grapes. Thank you for providing a wonderful memory for us. Looking forward to the next time!

Great day out! Easy way to visit the champagne region in a day - Mumm had the better champagne but Moet had the better cellars and tour!

I booked this trip for 7 people and was not disappointed. The visit to Moet Chardon was truly amazing and informative, topped off with a glass of the finest. A fabulous day out in the Champagne region well worth the expense.

If you are a fan of champagne this tour is a must. When you return to Paris you will have an excellent overview of the champagne making process - not to mention the history of the region. The tour is well-structured but it left me with a desire to spend more time discovering the town of Epernay. Thanks for good organization, excellent staff from the caliber of our various guides to the expertise of our driver and the comfort of the transport. I would not hesitate to use your services again.

We had a wonderful day in the Champagne region. Our guide was very knowledgeable and actually quite funny for an Englishman. Well worth the effort, even on a so so day for weather.
