There are cooking classes all over Thailand, but I did one at the Chiang Mai Thai Cooking School in Chiang Mai, and it was one of the best things I did in Thailand! If you are into food, the full day class was really interesting, you get to learn all about the various ingredients that is used in Thai cuisine, and we ended up cooking 5 courses each in total. Which we all got to eat. My Thai Fish Cakes rocked! And now my wife and I cook Thai food all the time, it reminds us so much of our holiday to Thailand.
