Covered most of the best things to go to in Chicago, and saved a lot of waiting time for the Willis (Sears) Tower.
Bus did not collect as scheduled, so when I called up was advised to get a taxi to another venue in town and money would be reimbursed. Tour ver informative except microphone for driver was distorted and very difficult to understand some of what Leon was saying. I would recommend doing north and south in two separate rides.
This tour was actually two, two hour tours, combined into one. You visit the north and south sides of Chicago. The tour itself was good and the tour driver was excellent. The second half of the tour was a tad boring. However, it is a good overview of Chicago. Especially, like me, if you have never been there before.
This tour is actually split into 2 x 2 hour tours on big buses. I prefer the smaller buses, so was not a fan of this tour. Could have spent less time at the observatory and maybe more time at the zoo stop. I would not recommend this tour.
This tour was terrible. The bus driver spoke in a monotone the whole time and nobody understood what he was saying. There were some people from Germany on the tour who asked him to slow down because they couldn't understand him and he just kept talking the same. English is my first language and even I couldn't understand him. He let us stop for a 10 minute break. My husband and I were back to where the bus was supposed to be 7 minutes later and the bus driver had left us...in the cold and in the rain. We were sitting right next to the bus driver for 3 hours prior to that. How he could've left us I don't know. I had to call the central desk to send him back. Nobody apologized to us or anything. Overall rating of the trip: TERRIBLE.
They treat as two different tours. Kept going back and forth to office. What was bad, their was no lunch break. One stop on each tour, but nowhere near food purchase.
Second stop no restrooms.
Unfortunately, I was only able to do 4 of the 5 attractions in the 3 days I was there. Hopefully, I can get back soon. Chicago is really a beautiful city.
Enjoyed the North side tour better than the South side....seems to be some repetition...but very worthwhile...
great idea. ran out of time to see everything. loved the "skip the line" tours, but only buy what you can fit in. and be mindful when you use it as that counts as a day. to get the most out of it, use it at the start of a new day. debbie - Australia
