Doing what: Chicago Segway Tour

Great way to Chicago. Special thanks to Russell, our guide, who helped my wife who found it hard to get to grips with the segway. If you book this trip you won't be disappointed.

Doing what: Chicago Segway Tour

The segway tour was fantastic and a definite must when visiting Chicago.

It was my highlight of the holiday and would do it all over again when I return :)

Doing what: Chicago South Side Tour with Optional River Cruise

It was wonderful! Your tour through the blue-green waters of its canals (yes, like Venice but wide) with skyscrapers soaring up all around us was nothing short of magnificent.

Doing what: Chicago CityPass

Good value for 5 key Chicago attractions!
'Skip the line' option is fantastic, we saved hours in queues.

Doing what: Chicago CityPass

A terrific bargain for the price! We saw 5 of the 7 choices and never waited in line for any of them with the "Fast Pass". The Willis Tower wait on Saturday would have been 2 hours without the City Pass, and we went straight up the elevator. Well worth the money spent.

Doing what: Go Chicago Card

Excellent value for money as long as one is aware that all tours must be booked before 5pm and where the hop on hop off bus is concerned (Grey Line) before 4pm

Doing what: Chicago Grand Half-Day Tour

Great way to see the city

Doing what: Chicago Grand Half-Day Tour

It was a good, thorough introduction to Chicago. I recommend beginning with a city tour as it will allow you to highlight what you would like to revisit for the rest of your stay there. Plus, a tour makes it easy to get around the city as opposed to doing it on your own. A tour is a small investment in your trip that is definitely worth it!

The driver/narrorator is very good. One highlight is President Obama's house. However, this tour takes place on a large bus - I recommend a tour in a minivan as it will give an up close, more personable introduction to the city. A minivan will also probably be able to make more stops.

Doing what: Chicago Grand Tour and Hancock Observatory

The tour was informative and the guides knew their city.

1 star rating: I do not recommend this Review by Eve K, September 2012
Doing what: Chicago Grand Tour and Hancock Observatory

Extremely disappointing considering this was the main tour booked for our short stay in Chicago. Our bus driver was not interested in us getting photo opportunities, just went thru his spiel. He was also reading the newspaper at red lights. He did not want to answer questions either, and was quite abrupt and rude with one particular woman. The tour was disrupted halfway with combining another group and we had to redo part of the tour again for their benefit. We also had to change buses to get to the hancock tower which due to the smog we could not view anything once at top. Given the driver should be aware of these things before dropping us off, to allow us to make alternative decisions. I would most definitely not recommend this tour, and would instead warn people not to take it!!

Doing what: Chicago Segway Tour

This was an awesome tour. You have to try a segway. Best way to get around a large city like Chicago. Only negative I can say was the orientation was held under the hot sun. It was 99 degrees and a shady spot would have been better. But all staff were great and wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
