The Tour was great, and the info given on the bus was interesting and fun, but that is once we found the bus. We tried to get on the bus at the Willis Tower on Friday afternoon, but there was no visible bus stop ! When we finally found the bus, the driver had no idea who Viator was, and what our tickets were !!! Luckily, everything was fine the next day.

I have to say that the three or four times that I boarded a city tour bus, the drivers/tour guides were absolutely excellent. They were entertaining, informative and above all, quite patient. Worst part were the rude tourists talking so loud the drivers could not be heard.

Apparently, the driver makes the difference. We had one great driver, one mediocre driver, and one dud. If you get on Cabana Bob's bus, stick with him.

The tour is pretty good especially for first-timers like ourselves though a full ciruit can be done in just over an hour. A tip would be to use it as a mode of transport to get from one attraction to another! We used it to get from the Shedd Aquarium to home!

My husband and I only had one day to tour Chicago and see 2 museums. This was a a great way to do it. Our tour operator was friendly, enthusiastic and knowledgeable . highly recommended!!

We had a great tour guide Dustyn. He had so much information on the city of Chicago it amazed us. I don't know how an person can go to Chicago and even know where to start. This is the best way to start your vacation to learn what everything is and jump off whenever you want. Wonderful tour!!!

Had a fabulous time in Chicago, loved the Hop on Hop off tour, but would go in the warmer weather next time, very cold on top of bus.
Loved the food, thought the city was clean and people very friendly.

The Hop on Hop off tour was excellent!!! We were a little confused at first because we were not sure where to get our tickets or who to give our vouchers to. We walked around a bit confused for awhile, but once we got our tickets we had a great experience for the rest of the day and night. The trolley operators and tour guides were very informative and helpful. we were able to see more of Chicago then we would have experienced otherwise. Thank you for your service.

perfect stop locations and I loved that I was able to take the double decker or the trolley, some companys you can only take the bus. all the staff were really friendly and very helpful.
