An excellent tour, very informative about Tiffany glass and Chicago architecture. Also includes free voucher to the Institute of Art, worth 18$ and outstanding.

The Architecture River Cruise was very educational, interesting and fun. Wish it could have been longer say 1 1/2 hours to 2 hours.

Be very careful when buying your tickets through this site. There are three different spots where this tour company departs from Navy Pier. We walked all the way to the end of the Pier only to be told our boat departed at the beginning of the Pier. We hustled all the way back only to be told that because we had purchased our tickets from a third party (Viator) we STILL had to stand in the line for tickets and trade in our vouchers (which say "ticket" on them). So, if we had not given ourselves plenty of time we would have missed the tour. The tour is definitely worth it, but there was more hassle in buying tickets online through Viator than in just buying them directly from the tour company at the ticket booth, since you have to do it anyway and at least you know which boat you are getting on.

My sister and I took the tour together and had a wonderful time. The stories told by the tour guide were not only informative but very funny. I never imagined I would laugh so much on an architecture tour. If you are visiting Chicago for even 1 day this is a tour you shouldn't miss.

We ent on the 3:00 p.m. tour. We had a great time. The tour guide was knowledgeable and very entertaining and the weather was beautiful. I worked downtown for 23 years but the tour gave me a whole new perspective on the architecture.

I have never been to Chicago before and, wow!! it was the best experience,and has the nicest people.I am a California native and LOVED it all. San Fran has nothing on Chicago. I fell in love a little bit, great way to see the city.

The trip was pretty good although the group size was too large (we were told that usually groups are only one half the size that ours was). That also made it very difficult to hear the docent whose voice was not that loud to begin with. This was an efficient means of seeing many of the Tiffany pieces. Also, we did not receive the free gift from Macy's as advertised.
