Once Old Man Winter heads off to his dusty confines for another year, there’s Chicago springtime to be enjoyed, and oh, how they all come out to play. Like the bear emerges from his winter hibernation, so do Chicagoans emerge to take part in the celebration of the change in seasons. People start smiling more, outdoor farmer’s markets re-emerge, and the joggers return to Lake Michigan.
