Pick-up at cruise terminal a good idea and very convenient. However, the 45 minute wait on board while the driver overloaded the bus was not appreciated.

Waited forty minutes for the tour to start. Then we finally left the cruise port and went about 500 yards to the Little Mermaid and the driver got off the bus and announce that he was taking a 10 minute break!!! Give me a break.
Wasted forty to fifty minutes of the morning. Would never recommend these tours to anyone. We had prepaid vouchers and waited and waited for the bus to fill up with people off the ship. Waste of time all around.

The driver never drove by the Mermaid statue. Also, a local HOHO guide and a driver allowed our group to get on the Purple Tour, and after getting off, the next driver would not let us back on, so we had to walk almost a mile to find a Red Tour Bus. I will choose a different tour next time.

Probably the worst city hop on hop off bus tour we have done. The driver "over" filled the bus which meant we were standing and so were unable to plug in our ear phones to listen to the commentary. At every stop he the driver got out of the bus and smoked a cigarette before continuing the tour. In the end we got off the bus half way through the tour and walked

You see far more of the sites on the canal tour than the bus tour; we recommend the canal tour. The equipment was not all working and the audio description was sparse. Worst of all, we were all asked to get off the bus at the Little Mermaid stop since the driver (or his boss) decided that that bus was going to be used for the cruise terminal passengers and was not going to complete the tour; we had to wait about 20-30 minutes for another bus just to get back into town where we promptly disembarked and walked (a far better way to see most of the city).

Our Viator voucher was accepted without question but 2 bus companies have apparently recently merged, making for a great deal of confusion. We got on the red bus right at the cruise terminal and then were told to switch to the green bus. We realized by the time we got to first stop at the Gefion Fountain that the green bus was going to make a much bigger loop than we had time for so we got off and got on a red bus. Whenever we asked the various drivers a question, apparently they were as confused as we were about what was going on. Our intention was to get off at Rosenborg Castle to have a picnic in the gardens but the bus whizzed right by that scheduled stop and took us back to the beginning at the Little Mermaid. So...we got on another bus to try again. This time when we got to Tivoli Gardens, the driver announced that the bus was taking a 20 minute rest! So we had our picnic on the bus while we waited for it to take off again. This time it did stop at the Castle and we enjoyed the Gardens but not the long time it took us to finally get there. The headsets often didn't work so we rarely got any commentary and when we did, loud was the only volume. We saw a lot of Copenhagen from the bus but because of the confusion, we didn't have time to spend at the stops. I would recommend finding another way to see the city.

Booked online, met representative as we stepped off the ship. He was extremly helpful, explained everything about the hop on hop off, put us on the bus and we had a great day visiting many of the city sites and venues. Couldnt have been any better.

We booked the Mermaid tour. It was difficult to get on a bus at the Tivoli and there was little help at this. We went to lunch and were successful getting on a bus the next try. The tour was fine as a quick overview of a few sites.

I brought two day's trip on hop-on hop-off tour online just day before I went Copenhagen. When I got there they said the two days ticket was no longer exsit, that was the deal for last year. So they can only give me one day tickte instead. I wonder why you do not update your websit and let custom suffering?

My family of four (2 adults, 2 small children) did not enjoy our Hop-On and Hop-Off tour at Copenhagen. We chose the Mermaid tour. Majority of their tour buses were old. No airconditioning inside the bus. It was very hot. The intervals of the buses at each stop were very long, 30 minutes each.

This service was poor. We stopped with a handicapped person in the cold coming on to rain at the little mermaid. We were not told that there was no shelter there on anywhere to have a drink out of the weather. We stayed 5 mins and the bus had gone.
On return we waited ten minutes for a bus in the centre which then stopped after 2 stops and told us to transfer to another bus which then waited 30 minutes before starting again ! As a result Copenhagen was not a pleasant experience for us. In sharp contrast to the service provided in Stockholm.
