Busses came regularly and little time was wasted waiting for a bus. The bus route was perfect and we saw everything we wanted to see. Would definitely recommend this tour.

These buses were conveniently parked only a few yards away from our disembarking point at the cruise terminal .We found that we could choose all 3 routes even though we only paid for the mermaid tour.The routes are denoted by colored signs on the sides of the buses which appear at the pick up and drop off points every 10-15 mins. Very friendly and helpful drivers your only limitation is how much you can cram into one day as they finish running at about 4.30 pm

Complete system, enjoyed variety of tours. Only one issue with female driver where she would not wait (literally under a minute) for us to cross street and change buses and rudely denied us access. Otherwise, punctual, easy access to sites and clearly marked stops.

We did the combination ticket which allowed us to cover a lot of the city. Unfortunately,several of the bus drivers were quite rude and impatient.

The commentary was a bit sparse. The website showed a booking for two days, but the Company told us this was wrong - it was for 24 hours only. It visited most of the points of interest and gave us a good insight for further exploration.

The hop on hop off was great BUT we weren`t allowed to use it for 2 days even though that is what we purchased they said no and wanted us to pay to extend it! so that was a little disappointing

We were disappointed in our bus tour. There were 8 of us excited to see Copenhagen. We purchased our tickets in advance and went right from the hotel to the bus. We got our tickets no problem, however, once on the bus we noticed that there were ear phones laying around. We asked the driver about getting earphones so that we could hear the commentary. He was quite rude and said that he did not have earphones and we had been offered them on departure. No one even mentioned ear phones. We found some used ones (ick) and made do with the i-pod earphones some of us had. Two of us were unable to hear the commentary. The tour lasted only an hour. That was OK but the commentary was somewhat limited. Overall we could have ridden the city bus and had just as much information without the cost.

The tour was OK but we sat for about a 1/2 hour or more while the bus driver collected the money from each new passenger.
You need ticket agents so that we spend the minimum amount of time at each stop. It totally ruined the experience for us. The tour was OK but you should coordinate the time the buses run with the dembarkation from the various cruise vessels.
We would not recommend this tour.

Total disaster, I have taken Hop on Hop off in many European cities with no issue. Copenhagen was the exception. The guide gave us the wrong timings, wrong route information, freely admitted the buses don't talk to each other so they were not sure what bus was departing from where and when. Finally got on a bus and they didn't even stop at the main attractions. Finally they stopped pointed us in the wrong direction to the little Mermaid, said there would be 10 minute stop. Time we figured out they pointed us in the wrong direction and got back on track the bus had left. Had to wait 30 minutes for the next bus in the middle of no where. Then buses showed up then took of without taking anyone on. We finally said sod this and walked to all the locations with far less problems. Was my worst experience with Hop on Hop off. Total was of money, we were ripped off. But again I have used hop on hop off in London, Paris, Barcelona, Rome and many more with no issue.
