Doing what: Copenhagen City Hop-on Hop-off Tour

The tour is just right. Gives enough time to cover main sites. The staff dont have many answers though. Yu need to get off the bus and ask yourself

Doing what: Copenhagen Card

We made good use of the Card, No problems and the process was very convenient. Took a lot of hassle out of our visit exchanging money and getting around. Guide book was very helpful as well. Thank you Viator.

Doing what: Copenhagen City Hop-on Hop-off Tour

The hop-on-hot-off was confusing. There were acturally 3 different tours and a 4th for people going to cruise ships only. This needs to be explained better in your advertizements. But other than that - the tours were good. Not as much hop-on-hop-off as we had expected. We thought we'd be able to get on and off at any intersection but there were designated locations. But still good. Nice having bus language channels.

Doing what: Copenhagen Card

Such good value and wonderful not having to keep paying for transport tickets. Went all the way to Karen Blixen Museum by train, entry to to the museum and then on to Louisiana Art Gallery using the cards. Entry to Tivoli Gardens and then daily bus rides made the card excellent value.

Doing what: Copenhagen Panoramic City Tour with Tivoli Gardens

Not bad, the tour guide wasnt that enthusiastic. poor weather on the day, lucky it was a bus trip

We stayed at the Palace Hotel. The room was very nice, the food in the restaurant was very nice. The Service was excellent. But.... there is major roadworks going on right at the front door, and when we arrived (in the rain by taxi), we had to be dropped off down the road and then drag all our luggage to the Hotel entrance. My 86 year old father (my travelling companion), has difficulty walking long distances, and to be dragging a heavy suitcase was not what we expected to have to do on our arrival. Also, I am a light sleeper, and the town clock chimed every hour (it is located just across the road from the Palace Hotel). On top of that, our room must have been in very close proximity to the dining room, as I could hear what sounded like people walking about, moving furniture, and the jingle of cutlery, while I was trying to get to sleep. We did the Grand Tour of Copenhagen on day one of our stay. I rate it 7/10. The castles tour on day 2 was quite good, but my father had to sit out of a couple of the walks due to no wheelchair availability. We did however get wheelchair hire at Tivoli Gardens, which was very nice. So all in all, I rate my stay in Copenhagen 6/10.

2 star rating: It was OK, but could have been better Review by Donald G, October 2012
Doing what: Copenhagen City Hop-on Hop-off Tour

Took forever to get from ship to downtown dropoff center. Driver accepted new passengers at nearly every stop, meaning that passengers sat for nearly 20 minutes during the process. During the return trip we were directed to a bus that was to take off within minutes. Twenty minutes later we finally departed. In addition that bus driver was extremely rude. Disappointing.

Doing what: Copenhagen Card

This Card was well worth it and we used it at many places including 3 visits to Tivoli, it also made having to buy transportation tickets a non issue and everyone knew about the Card and we never had a problem using it - What a Deal...

Doing what: Copenhagen City Hop-on Hop-off Tour

Tour started within blocks of my hotel. Hit all the major sights and was certainly worth the money. The 24 hour ticket allowed access in the afternoon of our arrival and the next morning prior to our departure. A great value.
