This is an escorted tour, and quite frankly we were surprised and very pleased that they actually stopped at several key places and showed us around. It is not a hop-on hop-hop off, which we knew, but more of a personal introduction to the city. The only criticism would be that it was a little confusing to find the departure point, so give yourself 15 extra minutes. But once we found the company representative and found out where it departed--which is kind of obvious in hindsight--we were able to sit down close by, enjoy a cup of coffee, and people-watch while we waited for teh bus to arrive.

Busses were clean, staff was friendly, and audio was sufficient. Used as transportation between popular points, this tour was all that we expected. Other passengers agreed with us.

This is a very good way to see the highlights of Copenhagen and to spend the amount of time that you wish at each attraction. The buses were clean and comfortable. They came very often; very little waiting. Sometimes they even waited for you... like to shoot a picture of the Little Mermaid and then get back on the bus.
You plug in a headset to hear the narrative in the language of your choice. Every bus had some broken plug spots, which is the only negative about this.
I highly recommend this tour.

Good trip, but on one of the busses the audio did not work at all, town was not too clean in places, but it was Sunday when street cleaners don't work.

The bus driver and assistant could not have been more helpful and that tour was fine. The harbor tour was a disaster. The PA system was not working and we lost our chance to go. they offered another tour but we were unable to use it.

I cannot really say many good things about this tour. Not neccesarily, the tours' fault. Our cruise ship shuttle did not drop us close to the tour's location, so if was at least an 1/2 walk to meet the tour. It was rainy and chilly. day. Copenhagen traffic is a mess because of the new subway construction, so the bus ride was not too enjoyable (my husband did not like the tiny ear phones used). Then the wind picked up (people's umbrella were turning inside out). At that point we decided that to go on a canal tour would be very unpleasant. Therefore we had the driver drop us near our ship after we passed the Little Mermaid..

The bus was 1/2 hour late as it had come from a previous tour and was delayed in traffic (at least that that's what they said). We got there 20 minutes before the tour was supposed to begin. The tour was OK and we saw a lot.

This was a tremedous disappointment. I have been on hop on hop off tours in many cities and generally find them to be a good way to orient myself to the city and learn about key city highlights. Our bus was stuck in traffic most of the time and our headphones did not work. Buses were overcrowded and unavailable most of the time. At the end of the day, our driver failed to tell us we had to get a shuttle back to our cruise ship and just dropped us off and told us how to walk back to meet the shuttle. The respresentative we spoke with at the shuttle stop was rude and kept telling those of us with concerns that we were wrong. Instead of arguing with us he should be listening so they can improve service. I would recommend walking or taking some other tour as an alternative to this particular hop on, hop off experience.
