Budget-Friendly Things to Do in Copenhagen
Compared to other countries, Denmark is on the expensive side. A visit to Copenhagen can be pricey, but it doesn’t have to be. From inexpensive to free, there are plenty of ways to spend time in this gorgeous city without having to drain the wallet.

For starters, stop at the Little Mermaid statue in Nyhavn. This famous statue pays tribute to author Hans Christian Anderson. The changing of the guard at Amalienborg Palace and a walk through the Royal Garden is also free.
