The first and third castles are really beautiful. The second one is not worth seeing it.

it was a good trip to see 3 castles in one day. It is more like a transport and entry trip. you are by yourself. transport you to the place, get your ticket then off you go. No commentary once you get there. It could be better organised, at least the tour guide could give more information about the place and bit history. Radio commentary on the bus does not work properly sometimes. If you have enough time, just go by yourself and do it properly one by one.

We travel around the world and often take organized day trips like this one. This tour covers the important places on the route. However, it was poorly planned and organized. The driver and the tour guide is the same person - one man show. Not sure if tour guides require license in CPH, But the person we had did not give much of the explanations. He tried hard to accomodate the people on the tour, but being the driver and the tour guide without other help, he was struggling to get the tour going. I would not recommend this tour unless they assign a separate tour guide besides the driver.

Excellent! The castles were worth seeing as was the countryside. The driver timed our arrival at the royal families residence to coincide with the changing of the guard. The guards in Denmark, unlike England, will interact with spectators and answered several of our questions. The driver also acted as an "unofficial" tour guide and gave us all some great tips on maximizing our castle visits.

The castles were fantastic, especially Fredericksborg Slot which was simply overwhelming to take in- I highly recommend the tour for seeing areas outside of Copenhagen. It did feel a bit rushed trying to do so much in a little more than 7 hours- we grabbed a sandwich at one stop and ate it on a bench at the next because there wasn't much time for lunch. Also, although there was recorded commentary on the bus, the electronics were not good and I missed about every 5th word.

A most enjoyable tour with expert commentary from our guide. Castles were spectacular.

Was really nice and interesting. Was good that I did it on the internet as my husband stresses about everything. So it was nice to just turn up and hand in the voucher.

This was a really lovely trip, though I think I would have preferred to have the option NOT to be guided through the castles. For those who wanted to be guided, it was great, but I would have preferred to be able to simply wander on my own and spend time looking at those things that were of most interest to me. The countryside is really beautiful, as were the castles. The lunch was not to my liking--it would have been nice if we could have stopped somewhere that had multiple options so that we could choose to eat something we wanted at a price that was in our own individual ranges.

Doing what: Hamlet Castle Tour from Copenhagen
The Kronborg castle is really interesting and has many peculiarities, but not a pleasent surprise for us was that instead of being taken to 3 castles, we were taken only to two! Still wonder why...And the second was Quenns summer residence which can hardly bwe considered as a normal visit as it is not allowed to enter - we just had a stop for 15 minutes to take pics...

Doing what: Hamlet Castle Tour from Copenhagen
Tour was over booked, had to wait for a new bus, driver could not operate audio system so no description of what we saw was available, and only went to one of 2 castles on agenda and could not see all due to late arrival and early closure of castle. Very poor trip based on prior Viator tours.
