Doing what: Tangier, Morocco Day Trip from Costa del Sol
Great tour, well organised, excellent guides, we crammed in a lot of things during the day. Highlights? Well there were so many; Medina, walking tour of the Kasbah (an experience not to be missed), snake charmers, camel rides, herbalist, lunch (with the muscians), mint tea, sea caves.

Doing what: Morocco Day Trip from Malaga to Tangier
This was a great day out. The group knew each other well after a long day together. Given plenty of time to purchase items during the tour and guide even helped us to locate goods we wanted to buy. The lunch was a cultural experience, tasty and catered for a vegitarian.

Doing what: Morocco Day Trip from Malaga to Tangier
This tour was very well organised and ran smoothly thanks to our enthusiastic, happy guide who was able to move a large group through immigration speedily. Our local guide was knowledgeable and there were lots of helpers to ensure we tourists didn't get lost in the narrow, winding streets of Tangiers. Visiting the rug and spice shops was interesting, even if it was geared to tourists. The only criticism would be that we left at 5am from Central Malaga and spent the next two hours picking people up from large hotels along the Costa del Sol. This happened on the return trip, too, so the day was very long. We had to get a taxi to our pick up point but everyone else was picked up at their hotel. I understand a bus can't get into Malaga town but surely there is a more efficient, time-effective way to organise these pick ups? Going round and round hotels for two hours was terriblly tedious.

Great trip. Enrique, our Spanish guide was great. They showed up exactly when scheduled and everything was smooth. Once in Morocco, Hassan took over and he was impeccable. Tangiers is an amazing city and a must see if you're visiting southern Spain. Be prepared for a 14-15 hr day from Malaga.

Doing what: 5-Day Morocco Tour: Casablanca, Marrakech, Meknes, Fez and Rabat
Overall I am pleased to have taken the trip .... but will never do it again. The four star hotel in Casablanca is quite bad ... the one in Rabat is excellent, the one in Fez adequate but lacking. The biggest problem centers around the size of our group, and the lack of free time. We had a bus load of 48 and that is toooooo large ... for good communication with the tour guides .... we were a group of about 8 English speaking tourists mixed with 40 Spanish tourists. Our two local guides provided in Marakesh and Fez were both excellent .... and our group small enough to enjoy a good discusson. However on the bus things were different .Kareem was often rambling and switching languages so often thus making the story confusing. There was no explanantion of what the farming communities were doing along the drive (looked interesting ... crops. tools. seasons etc) and there was no advanced print out of what we were going to see and do .... thus it was difficult to prepare ahead of time. I never again want to be part of 48 people trying to match times and desires. The rest room near Meknes was absolutely filthy, whereas the other stops along the highways were excellent. Every one wanted more individual free time. We went twice to the two high lites of Rabat ... the Palace and religious site ... once was enough.

Tour guides were helpful, friendly and organized.
It was a great day trip which we really enjoyed. Good value for the money we paid.

Doing what: 5-Day Morocco Tour: Casablanca, Marrakech, Meknes, Fez and Rabat
The five day Moroccan tour met our expectations - value for money, however attention to the following would provide improvements:
1. The pick-up times were over an hour late and contact with the Madrid was useless - it would be better to provide a contact number for the tour leader.
2. Having two levels of accommodation (3 and 4 start) provided logistic problems - only offer 4 star hotels.

Doing what: Morocco Day Trip from Malaga to Tangier
I should have met the bus closer to Tarifa - the bus ride was long. Also, I did not appreciate being hounded by vendors for most of the tour and being "herded" into specific shops - I took a quick detour to a shop away from the group and got something MUCH cheaper. That being said, it was still a fun day.

Not what we expected. The Tour guide was great and knowledgable, but the walking tour was disappointing. We were hustled quiukly through the Kasbah with no time to explore little shops on our own which is what we expected. A great amount of time was taken at the rug and leather shop that he took us to. The lunch was great and had very gracious attendants. The vendors proved to be polite but tenacious, not as bad as Tunis, but nonethe less aggressive. We could have used another hour of free time to shop, since we will never have this experience again.

I was not given an itinerary before the trip. The hotels we stayed were not quite 4*. The price of trip was affordable. The English of the tour guide wasn't good. There was a general intention to bring us to shops to buy things.
The trip is definitely worth going and better if more informative.

Doing what: 7-Day Morocco Tour from Costa del Sol: Fez, Meknes, Marrakech, Casablanca, Rabat and Tangier
Not sure why this tour started in Malaga, would have made more sense to fly directly to Morocco, as this then involved a 3 hour bus drive just to collect the various people from different locations, before arriving at the boat. when booking was only given one location, Malaga, was not informed that could be picked up from other locations. at time of booking was also not informed that this was mainly a spanish speaking trip, although english was provided and guides on the tour also for english. overall trip was good, paid extra for upgrade, unfortunately only the hotel in Marrakech could be classed as 5 star, in other hotels the buffet dinner was gone if you did not arrive soon enough, the plates were not replenished. good balance of organised trip and free time.

We enjoyed our trip to Morocco and found it very informative, but we felt that we were set up to have all of the market people hound us so that we could barely walk. The tour guide said it was because there were not very many buses of tourists that day, so we had more than the normal badgering, but it put a bad feeling for us about the whole tour. The ferry and lunch were nice.

Doing what: Tangier, Morocco Day Trip from Costa del Sol
I am glad we took a tour as would not have wanted to travel without a group. I thought the tour guide in Tangier walked entired too fast making the uneven streets and walks very unsafe. We did ask him to slow down but he did not seem to care. The street venders in the market should have been asked ot back off and they absolutely would not leave us alone. Not a trip I would ever want to do again and probably would not recommend to most people.

I wasnt very impressed with the tour. takes you past some very average spots a camel ride on a dirt patch on the side of the raod. ocean view of some trees mostly. walking through town was good and an experience. lunch was good. Felt very rushed like trying to get the tour over as fast as possible. Im sure we missed some attraction cause it was raining too. All and all very average could have been done better.

Pre booking information could have been better. Do not see why we had to phone Spain from England to find out where and what time we would be collected, this could surely have been emailed to us, as the first phone call i was informed to phone the next day when someone would know what to do! Should have been informed mainly spanish speaking company, but english guides were provided. Majority of hotels did not warrant the upgrade we paid, only the one in Marrakech could be classed as 5 star. Coach leaked, one day when the rain was very heavy, seats soaked and unable to use some of them.
