Wild Tours did a great job, however there were one or two things that could be improved upon. First, they can make smaller groups for tours requiring less stops to regroup and more ride time on the ATVs. Second they make you stop to take pictures every five to ten minutes turning what would be a 1hour encursion into a three hour trip. Other than that it was dirty, fun, and overall a great experience. After the ATVs they take you to a beach resort with excellent food, drink and snorkeling. A great time for anyone looking to get lots of sun and see some fish.
I came with a group of people and we all booked in advance. They promised us a one hour massage but they did not have enough people to accommodate us. Some people opted to have a half an hour massage instead and there were still some people who did not get theirs. The beach was very small and rocky. The people were very nice and the food was pretty good. However I would not do this shore excursion again.
Very cool thing - only wish the windows weren't tinted - nothing showed any color :((
The company needs better organization too - as in 1st come, 1st served! If you don't snorkel or dive, it's a good option!
Great trip - Lorenzo was an excellent guide. We received clear helpful instruction on the Segways and were using them easily in just a few minutes. There was a good support team and lots of water. The beach we rode to was lovely and the snack bar had the best guacamole ever. The only thing that would have made the trip better was a bit less beach and a bit more Segway.
Wonderful trip. We enjoyed the Rhino ride, salt water crocodiles, and the snorkeling. was excellent. Really enjoyed our tour guides. They were very informative. Cozumel is a beautiful island and we will use Viator tours again.
Enter your review heall went really well and as planned, except that the woman i booked with said wthat we could Kayak as well as snorkel, but never mentioned the additional $35 dollar charge.
It's pretty primitive, but the snorkeling was ok, the food delic, and the massages wonderful.
We had a wonderful time. What a great excursion. Great snorkeling guide, amazing massage. The food and Margaritas were so good.

The actual tour was great. The segways were in good condition and there was good instruction. Well organized. Friendly staff. The snorkeling was fun and well organized. The beach club stop was clean and plently of places to sit or lay down to relax.The only problem was we were sent incorrect directions to the meeting point which caused some stress and confusion. The place we were sent to was the old office. We used the number on our confirmation and were able to contact someone who immediately came to pick us up and take us to the correct meeting point. The confirmation was sent only about 2 weeks before the actual tour and so should have contained the correct information instead of the old meeting point.
Very good tour to see the whole of Cozumel. Lorenzo was a great guide and very informative of all the places we visited. Would recommend this tour to others. 1st tour we have booked while on a cruise not from the cruise line and it exceeded our expectations.
It was a wonderful tour, our guide Lorenzo was excellent and very knowledgeable. However, here are a few improvements needed from Viator's end. The directions to the pick up point were outdated and incorrect. They moved over a year ago but the site still sends the incorrect directions. Additionally, you should make some mention of the time difference in Mexico, because the time is Mexico is different to that Miami. Other than those issues, the tour was great and i'll recommend it to anyone i know who's going to Cozumel!!

Be prepared to get extremely dirty we went through tons of mud and dirt. It was a lot of fun and we would definitely do it again. We weren't able to snorkel. Atving took three hours to complete and our boat was leaving bit it wad definitely worth the experience.
Great excusion and helpful instructors. Did have trouble locating the meeting point as the instructions printed from the website were wrong. The site moved 18 months prior but was never changed on the website. We did find it eventually and had a great time! Highly recommended.
The jeep and snorkel tour was amazing and the tour guide Jorge was awesome.
This was a great tour with Hernan, Roberto and Jose. We forgot to take the time zone difference into effect and they worked to get us into an earlier tour. This was our first segway tour and Hernan went out of his way to ensure I had sufficient time to get comfortable with the segway. They use a trailing car to beep of any upcoming traffic so we felt saf Water at the beach was very clear and the snorkeling was great. Just had a great time and would definitely do this again!
