We had a great time! It was just our party of four with our guides David and Jose. They took us to so many beautiful places that weren't your average tourist stops. David was polite professional and very knowledgeable of the island. We couldn't have asked for a better tour guide. Jose his assistant was fun too!

Had a blast on the excursion. Our excursion didn't start until 11:30am. We had to be back on the ship at 3:30pm. We didn't get to spend enough time at the beach. Once we arrived we only had an hour to eat lunch and try to snorkel. Not enough time.

Awesome!! Can't say enough about the staff! We lost our GoPro (camera) in the water on the beach and were devastated. Within a week of returning home to CA I had an email from Sam that they'd found our camera and would be happy to ship it back to us! He did and it still worked! Great experience!!

We had a great time !!!! David was our tour guide and he was very informative and funny !!! The day was filled with adventure from seeing the crocs, landmarks and scuba diving all while driving around in these cool 4x4 Rhinos. We would do it again in a heartbeat !

On 4/2/13 my daughter and I were scheduled for the Segway and Snorkle Tour but when we arrived ,we were told that this tour was cancelled because the segways got wet the previous day and needed time to dry out.We were given three options as replacements for this tour and we picked the ATV Jungle Tour.This tour was really great.Jose and his team of helpers were very informative,helpful and funny as guides.The road in the jungle was a blast to drive on with all the hills ,rocks and sand,The stops along the drive in the jungle were very scenic and we especially liked Jose's history on the Mayan ruins and the Mayan people.It was very educational for my daughter and me.We would highly recommend the ATV tour.

Jose and Roberto were excellent. We really enjoyed the segway tour in a small group with another family. It was unfortunate that the snorkeling had to be cancelled due to the weather but that was not within your control! Jose gave us a nice gentle introduction to the segway with several laps of the car park before setting out on the road. Its a great leisurely way to travel and you can take in the scenery once you get used to the machine. There is a segway company near home and we will be certain to make use of this in the future. To compensate for the lack of snorkeling, Jose took us further along the road on the segway. On the way back we had to stop short from home due to rain. All part of the experience. Keep up the great work.

I would say 3.5 stars if it were available to select. The tour guides here are really fantastic, very nice and made the experience fun. The ATV path is quite rugged, there are a lot of bumps and potholes through the majority of it. Our group of 5 ranged in age from 16-76, the 16-year old loved it, my 76-year old grandmother who is pretty adventurous found it to be too much which wasn't surprising. You're allowed to take your camera and I got great photos but be aware there's a lot of dust so either put it in your pocket or a fanny pack-type carrier so you can still be hands free and keep it protected. After the tour they drove us to a beach front restaurant spot where you could get food and drinks for additional cost and use their snorkel equipment. The snorkeling was ok where we went out, we saw some fish but it wasn't great, the majority of our excursion was the atv part. Overall 3.5 stars.

This tour was okay, but not nearly as great as the one we took in ST Lucia last year. The segway portion was on quite a busy road for most of the tour, and really not very far. The snorkelling was okay, but we enjoyed the swim. The personnel however were super and helped us out a lot.

This was beyond incredible worth every penny! A little difficult to find we rented a car so it made it a little challenging! Our guide was patient and spent extra time since we were a small group! Definitely would do again highlight of our trip!

This was really a great experience for us. We met Jose at a hotel almost immediately next door to the cruise terminal. He spoke nearly perfect English, had a great attitude, and was very patient. Learning the segway was very easy and stress free, and the beaches were beautiful. The snorkling area is a beach club with showers, restaurant, etc. Not too bad, but the food and drink prices were actually more than American prices! I suppose they can't control that, so I won't hold it against them. Overall, a great tour that I would recommend and do again!

Obviously the best kept secret, as from our ship, we were the only 2, so had a 'private tour' experience: our fellow travellers who had booked via the ship, not only paid more but were in a large group too!
Our guides and drivers we attentive and patient allowing us time to get used to the Segways in a empty carpark before undertaking the travel to the resort. Indeed, as we watched another group segway by, we wondered why we were still training - then we realised that our guide had an eye on the weather and therefore we missed the 10 minute downpour whilst we we in a local coffee shop!
Being in a small group also helped me as I'm not that strong a swimming and was aprehensive of the snorkelling, but a 1:1 guide made the trip most enjoyable.
