Although generallygood, could have skipped the trip to see the animals and the Pisac market. Saying Pisac in the tilte of the tour, would have been nice to see the ruins there instead of the market. Lunch was excellent and trip to Ollantaytambo good as well. Other tours stopped in Chinchero but this one drove right through. Perhaps if it started earlier or went a bit later, this could have also been included.

Loved the tour and especially loved our guide, Adriel, who really knew his country and history. He gave us options and took us to places based on the group's preferences. Very nice lunch stop and just enough stops to be able to shop and explore without being pressured. We took the tour as part of a 3-day stay in Cusco to acclimate to the high altitude before trekking to Machu Picchu. Great way to see the beautiful Peru countryside and ruins in the comfort and safety of a well-organized tour.

We visited an animal farm, Pisac market and Ollanta ruins. The animal farm was a waste of time and so was Pisac market to some extent. The lunch was great at an outstanding location. The Ollanta ruins were great but the guide did not have our tickets ! We ended up buying our tickets but the tour guide later refunded our money. I suggest they drop the animal farm and shorten the time on Pisac market and Lunch and add the Pisac ruins.

had a wonderful time with a knowledgeable tour guide.

We were well informed the day before by local guide "Ignacio" as to pick-up time. The day was well organised and everything explained as we went along. The venues selected were of great interest and the guide well-informed. Even lunch was in a lovely setting, with live music and good food! A really value for money day! Will definitely use Viator again.

Extremely well guided - the camelids were cute - there were local handicrafts on sale - Pisac was unique - lunch was in a wonderful setting - the temple at Ollantaytambo was worth the climb. This tour shouldn't be missed whilst in the area.

Doing what: Sacred Valley Community Small Group Tour from Cusco

Bobbie was a great tour guide. I was the only person on the tour. We only had time for the Ollantaytambosite due to traffic on a Sunday. Had a three course lunch with a private family, watched chocolate being made and visited the market in Pisac. Bobbie was my guide and so knowledgeable. A great tour and plenty of time for pictures and pitstops en route. Britt

Enjoyed our tour and lunch was very good. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable about the history of the ruins and customs of people. Horario kept everyone's interest with his charm and humor.

THE TOUR WAS GOOD. JUST HOPED TO SEE MORE OF SACRED VALLEY. THE GUIDE WAS KNOWLEDGEABLE AND NICE, GOT US RIGHT TO OUR HOTEL IN OLLANTAYTAMBO.

We thoroughly enjoyed our trip. Our guide was very knowledgeable and made the trip a pleasure. We loved the Peruvian lunch that was provided in a private house in a remote village near Pisac and also the surprise of young woman who spontaneously gave us a demonstration of how she made chocolate. My husband loved it and bought a weeks worth. The disappointment was the visit to a alpaca clothing shop we didn't realise was part of the schedule and the realization that our guide got a 'kick back' from my purchases. I always feel taken advantage of when this happens and I am very reluctant to buy anything when it is unclear who benefits. Therefore I will not give this trip a 5 star rating.

breath taking!!!

This was a great trip and the local guide was very good. Note that the trip doesn't return until around 7pm so it is the full day.

BEWARE! You will be required to purchase the entrance tickets for the park, it is NOT an option as stated. You will have to pay in Cash at the entrance gate, 70 soles per person. They do not accept credit cards. I do not recommend this trip if you are english speaker. We were the only ones who signed up for this tour who spoke english, so we were combined with several other tour companies. The train ride to Machu Picchu through the Ollantaytambo River was more scenic than this tour. I do not recommend this tour, spend a day in Aguas Calientes instead. If you are a history lover, this tour is for you but be careful you will have some headaches trying to figure out where to go and get picked up.

Great experience and wonderful day tour.

Great day trip. Would recommend to all. Guide knowledgable however sometimes opinions seemed more subjective rather then researched. Comfortable van and a good way to see the sacred vally/pisac/ollantaytambo. Lunch (thaat is included) was good also!!
