Wonderful tour and an amazing lunch by the river!
Nice tour. It is great for people who are staying in Cusco. Not overly impressed by the market in Pisac.
Wonderful day with an excellent guide, and a superb lunch.
Transportation, lunch and guide was excellent, but we had 50/50 group of Spanish and English speaking tourists, so half of the excursion was in Spanish!!
Sacred Valley- my understanding from Viator website "What You Can Expect" is that we will go and visit some ruins and visit Sacred Valley... guess what? we just drive through it and when the tourguide reckoned it's safe to pull over, he said that we can take 5 minutes to take picture of the valley.
Pisac- good place to do shopping.
Ollantaytambo- worth seeing.
Wonderful tour of the Sacred valley! The Guide was well-informed and brought the area to life. Pick-up was exactly on time, and logistics were well thought-out and flowed smoothly!
Worthy and interesting.
Enjoyed the entire day and loved learning more about the building practices. Lunch was the best at a place so beautiful you think you are in a movie. Would go again.
I was pleased with this activity!
The tour at Chinchero started past sunset. There was hardly anything to see because it was dark and walking on the cobblestone roads proved to be dangerous—with a slight misstep in the dark, one can fall and hit their head on the ground. Had any of us gotten hurt, this would have been an even greater financial and medical expense for everyone involved. The tour did not finish on time (we were dropped off near our hotel almost 9PM). Finishing the tour late can be very inconvenient for tourists who have to walk back to their hotel at night in an unfamiliar country and anything can go wrong.
Very pleasant tour to the sacred valley with a guide that was informative and helpful when asked questions. I recommend if you are short on time and want to do a one day visit to the sacred valley.
Tour was very good and the guide was very personable and fluent in English.
This may be the best tour I have ever taken. Isaac (the driver) and Holger (the guide) were exceptional. We got to see the backside of the villages and towns of Sacred Valley, had lunch served by a Peruvian woman named Amelia, who met us several blocks, maybe a tenth of a mile down the narrow back alley road workers had torn up (throwing the rubble into the middle of the road) and who (Amelia) helped Isaac remove the bolders so we could have lunch in a grotto behind her house. The lunch was superb. Avocado salad, Quinoa Vegetable soup, and chicken and rice.
All of this and Sacred Valley, too. What more could one ask?.
Worth the money!!
Fantastic day, loved everything about it. Guide Valery remained calm and informative through a long day with a diverse group of people. The included lunch was very good and in a lovely restaurant. Would say this trip is a must do.
