Tour was just waste of time and money. Combined German speaking and English speaking tours. Tour was managed by a single tour guide who was suppose to speak German and English. Tour guide was from India or Shri-Lanka. I cannot tell anything about his Geman skills but his English was very poor. Guide was visibly stressed by this situation. Competion for guide's attention between two language groups did not help the situation neither. There were more German speakers and guide was visibly favoring that group of visitors (perhaps, his German was better too). Tour was absolutely not worth any time. I don't think Viator has any idea or is able to control quality of it's tours. It might be better going with local company.

It was a very nice tour with a good guide who told us a lot of informatiom.
The tour and the museum i liked most, the gold soek less.

More time was needed to appreciate the Dubai museum. Tour should include a visit to the Palm Jumeira, A map would help with orientation.
More time in the Madinat Souq would have been good

The trip was enjoyable. It was a little disappointing waiting for so long for the main bus to arrive and no information was provided. However nice the tour was underway it was very informative and enjoyable.

The tour van arrived on time and we managed to visit all that were promised.
However, we did not really enjoy the tour fully for the following reasons:
1. Tour guide was not fully engaged with tourists as he would talk continuously and kept repeating certain info again and again. We did not have a chance to ask questions as he did not maintain much eye contact with us while he did the talking. He hardly smile though i can't say he's unfriendly.
2. The places were not as interesting as it appeared to be.

The tour company was late picking us up then driver was speeding to get us to pick up destination. some problems and we were left standing around for nearly an hour, no one telling us what was happening. It all seemed rushed from there and wasn't as enjoyable as it should have been.

tour guide knew his stuff very helpful, always looking out for everyone making sure they arn't lost. the 1/2 day tour was more than i expected it was great, saw a great mix of Dubai, history culture and sights
