Great way to see Dubai when you have a limited time. Highlights were the museum and the trip over the Creek to the old Dubai.

Excellent tour guide! Museum stop was a bit too long but we covered some of the main attractions. I would do this tour again.

I had a fabulous time in Dubai. The safari trip was wonderful. Dubai is very clean. The souks are always challenging and colorful. The malls overwhelmingly expensive and rich.

The tour was well planned, but shorter than expected.
However, we were not impressed by the overall service. We had booked in advance for a tour on 5.5.2013. Due too change of my business plan during the stay in Dubai, we wanted to change the tour date from 5/5 to 9.5 and wrote this to Viator from the Viator homepage, "My bookings" on 3.5.2013. In the morning on 5.5 (the day of our arrival) I checked on this change at Orient Tours. Orient Tours did not know of any change in the date, and I had to pay for a full new tour even not being able to use the booked tour on 5.5.
We expect to be payed back for the tour on 5.5.2013 (booking ref. 28600545, or VIATOR49652706)) that we were not able to use.

Rather than a tour this was kind of a bus trip where you just got to get out and take a few photos. Despite booking a tour in English, I was the only English speaker and the rest of the rest of the travellers were German. While it's always impressive that a guide can converse fluently in both languages, it just slows everything down when all commentary has to be done twice. I would recommend tours on different days or times for different languages, not combining them.

It took from 1:30pm till 7pm back in the hotel ,due to pick up and traffic.I would recommend that the local company uses smaller bus that will make the tour more compact,pleasant andless tiring.The actual tour was OK but nothing special really..

Pick up car was parked around corner from hotel as the "road was too busy to drive down". Driver made us feel rushed to walk to car in 45 degree heat then we had to wait in hot bus for 30 mins while late comers arrived. Tour consisted of "taking photos of a wonderful hotel",a tour of the beach front then the Museum for 40 minutes. The spice and gold market was nearly an hour of bordem. The guide pointed us in the right direction for gold buys, was he on commission! The museum was the only worthwhile attraction and we did not have enough time to see all of it.

I am glad I booked this trip as it put Dubai into perspective and made it easier to get around later by myself. The guide was very helpful and knowledgable about the city.

We were very pleased with the tour. The coach picked us up at the port at the time indicated. We were the first to be picked up so it's true we went all around Dubai to the different hotels to pick people up. This did not bother us as it enabled us to have an even better view of Dubai. The young German girl commenting the tour was very helpful and efficient.We learnt quite a bit and the different stops were well chosen .The coach brought us back to the port in the evening and as we had spent something like six hours with them we felt that the money we paid was well spent.I definately recommend.

Great tour at a reasonable price. We were pick up promptly and enjoyed our enjoyed our five hour look around the city of Dubai. Our tour guide was great! Much appreciated!

We were only in Dubai for a 18 hour stopover and it was a great tour to give us a glimpse of the city. Our guide was very knowledgeable and did the tour in English and German.
