A very well run tour, the logistics for accomodations and meeting up with the tour group on subsequent day were handled very smoothly. The tour guides were were very entertaining and informative.

Great trip. A very long day but definitely worth it. Tour company (I think it's called Railtour) was great to make sure everyone got on the right train, the right bus, plane, etc, very organized. Definitely would recommend this tour.

My friend and I had a great time on this tour!
The places were actually not as good as Belfast or Wicklow, Galway was quite disappointing, but it was still a lot of fun because of our AMAZING driver Callum - probably the funniest person I have ever met! Would definitely do it again!

This tour is a bit rushed. You visit some amazing places but really do not have enough time at most of them. The mini bus was really not that comfortable for a long day trip and not being allowed to eat or drink on the bus was also inconvenient. The tour guide was very informative and we did see a lot – but overall not as good as some other day trips.

The tour with extreme Irish travels was was fantastic. The drivers were laid back but very professional. They knew their history and were able to keep the tour entertaining by including Irish songs and information about the Irish culture. The sites we visited were interesting but not amazing.

Be warned that the roads are very rugged due to the bogs --- also, if the weather is not agreeable, the area is very dreary and not as picturesque.

We had a great tour guide. He gave us so much of the history of Ireland and each area we went through. We thoroughly enjoyed it and the area is beautiful. We were not as much thrilled with the boat trip. More of a repeat of what we had already seen and heard about on the bus tour and it was terribly crowded.

We had a good guide and a really good time driving through what is a magical landscape. All in all I highly recommend doing this tour - and bring a good camera along.

Well run. We easily met our tour guide at the station and then escorted from the train station in Dublin to Galway. We were given explicit directions as to where to go and when to return to specific meeting places in order to meet our next escort for the next leg of the trip. They was some minimal waiting time between each leg. The plane ride was great, as was our time on Aran Island. The bus driver was very informative. Easily made the return trip. The second escort was even more personable. Well paced.

In general we were very happy with the tour and the organisation in general.
Unfortunately there were a few things which were a bit messy: We were picked up on time from our B and B and then made a tour of the whole city to pick up yet more people. Once we made the whole turn in almost half an hour (we could have walked there in 5 minutes if we would have known) we all had to leave the bus to go into another. Which was extremely crowded... We were a group of 4 and there were only single seats left. Arrangements with other passengers made it possible that at least 2 and 2 could sit together (we had a child with us).
Once close to the Ross Errilly Friary we were informed that this part of the trip had to be cancelled as they were making a film at the location and we couldn't even stop for photos. And that was it. Very disappointing.
The busdriver who also did all the talking was quite nice and new a lot of things, but he kept repeating himself quite a lot. What was really annoying was the part when he wanted to sell the tickets for Kylemore Abbey. Like a never ending advertisement. Also, Viator should say in the description that tickets could be purchased at a special price from the driver. We did some research before we discovered that queuing at the ticket desk would waste a lot of time. So we wanted to be smart and purchased our tickets online. This was a big mistake, as the girl at the ticket desk had to exchange our online tickets to "normal" tickets. Ridiculous, and it took forever.
Again, why didn't Viator inform us before that the tickets could be purchased at a cheaper price from the driver directly and we would have avoided the queue???
Talking so much about the quiet man it would have been nice to stop at the famous bridge (we passed directly in front of it). But as some people had to get their bus or train or whatever we had to speed up everything and didn't stop at all.
But all in all, it was a great day and I had previously very good experiences with Viator

We had a great trip for three day tour and wish that we had time for the four day tour. The whole thing was Wow! We were given friendly knowledgable tour guides who were ever courteous and brilliant at thier jobs and professions,We were escorted by rail and bus and saw magnificent castles which had been restored to thier original pristine grandeur and estates and of course the amazing Cliffs of Moher which was truly magnificent. On the third day we were taken by plane to the largest of the Aran Islands where we saw the magnificent ancient settlements from the Bronze Age.We love the whole tour and were sad when it came to an end. Please do experience this beautiful tour!
