Excellent. The tour is a must. Having never been to Edinburgh before it gave me an overall perspective of the layout of the city, so that I could decide which sights I wanted to see more of.

This is the way to see Edinburgh. Bus stops everywhere, use it as much as you want , super friendly bus drivers.

Not a problem redeeming my voucher. Unfortunately we didn't have the best weather to fully appreciate the tour. Will definitely use Viator again.

Hop-on Hop-off is an excellent way to get a feel for a city. The Viator tour did just that. We were able to get around easily and see what we wanted. By starting with that tour we more readily understood what Edinburgh is all about.

The tour was excellent and the drivers very pleasant. The only concern was the price as we needed a different bus to take us to the coast, which we had not realised.

We have taken HOHO buses on previous visits to Europe so already knew what to expect and didn't hesitate to book one prior to leaving on our trip. Very helpful and reassuring to see your employees in their red coats to direct and answer questions.

Good way to move from one place to another in the city of Edinburgh, the bus was always on time and it stops in all the major attractions. It saves you time if you want to see all major attractions in one day.

The best part about this is that once you check in, your pass is valid for 24 hours! So you can get off and end up spending all day doing one thing, and come back the next morning to finish it. Not all of the bus drivers are particularly patient, though.

This is a very useful way to start your adventures around Edinburgh and get the lay of the land. However, we often got stuck up on the top of the buses, which were open, during inclement weather due to overcrowding. They also passed us several times at designated stops (very frustrating), so make sure to flag them down to get them to stop! Likewise, they will blow through certain stops if you don't hit the 'stop' button in advance. Overall, though, it was a useful way to see the city quickly.
