Doing what: Murder and Mystery Walking Tour of Edinburgh
I booked my tickets online and when i arrived they had no idea who i was or anything, luckily i had my tickets.
The tour itself....I've done a few ghost tours in Edinburgh and this one was more factual than made up ghost stories however the two guys who ran it were excellent. Highly recommended

Doing what: Murder and Mystery Walking Tour of Edinburgh
Overall good fun! We did have children in our party who started to cry at one point due to the other tour person, who jumped out on regular occasions to scare you. Although this became funny (after 2nd or 3rd time) which made the tour more amusing then scary!

Doing what: Underground Vaults Walking Tour in Edinburgh
Tour guide was very knowledgable about the vaults- as you'd expect. But felt underwhelmed rather than overwhelmed with the tour. There are about a dozen rooms/chambers to see with the tour guides stories that takes over an hour. Booked online but can be purchased on the day if not busy/out of season.

Doing what: Underground Vaults Walking Tour in Edinburgh
The tour guide did try to make it interesting, and I was slightly interested at the history of what happened down there, yet couldn't wait to leave! Gift shop afterwards sold very little and what was there was nothing to do with the vaults!

The tour was interesting although the guide was a bit patronising and was not keen on questions. Still worth doing though
