Very good trip to have and it is very refreshing to see the surrounding outside Edinburgh.
This was good. Driver was aware of the place and made an excellent guide. Good behaviour as well
Beautiful sights, knowledgeable guide. Great day.
my husband and I and our two kids had the best time - the guide was informative and fun. would highly recommend.
We thoroughly enjoyed our tour. Andrew, our guide, was very pleasant and knowledgeable. We had a very small group and he seemed to gear his comments and stops to our interests. It was the only day during our stay in Scotland that the sun was out all day! Absolutely beautiful.
Loved castle Doune, our guide was great , very interesting. The transport was very comfortable. Highly recommended!
Delightful day. Stirling Castle was very nice, good tour guide (Stewart). Loch Lomond was no big deal, but now I can say I've been there and seen it.
Scotland wasn't having a good weather day for our tour, in the end due to a landslide our tour was cancelled. However the friendly staff went out of their way to get us on another one (was our last day and couldn't reschedule on another day).
Our tour guide Murray was awesome, friendly and very informative and while we missed Loch Ness what we did see was fabulous and we loved it all. Would highly recommend the company and it's guides.
Very far yet confusing but amazing
I thoroughly enjoyed our tour. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable about Scottish history and explained Mary Queen of Scots history in an entertaining way. For Doune Castle, admission isn't included but being part of the tour group gets you a discount and costs a little less than £5. Inverary Castle was closed which was a bit of a downer, but we were able to explore the little town. There were many breathtaking views of the lochs, castles and highlands, and plenty of landscapes worthy of panorama pictures. Overall this tour was definitely worthwhile!
We enjoyed the immensely, but we're disappointed when we were unable to continue onto Loch Lomond
We were run off the road by on coming vehicle, no fault of our driver, just an arrogant driver.
This delayed us by 2hours
It was a really interesting place to visit!
Doing what: Stirling Castle Entrance Ticket
Eddie was our tour guide and he made the trip absolutely great. He had stories, recordings and music to pass the time as we were making our way from Edinburgh to Stirling Castle and from Loch Lomond back to the City. Stirling Castle is truly amazing and the have exhibits for children, adults and those in between. Loch Lomond and the surrounding hills are awe-inspiring. Our guide also made stops along the way, for breaks, for a meal and quickly told us what each restaurant had as their specialties. This was a very fine journey, the walk up and down the hills was a climb and on the edge of what we could handle but the views made it worthwhile. This was a small group of 15-16 people and we all had time to ask questions and enjoy the time.
Peter really made a great job on this tour. Many things I learned from this beautiful places!
We were not able to make 2 of the stops on this tour due to crazy rainy weather. We did have a great informative tour guide that played music for every story he had to share.
