Our tour guide keeps the groups' spirit up despite the weather and shares Harry potter facts that are not common knowledge even to its readers.
Our guide Yuki was excellent! It was a well paced tour that not only showed you many filming spots for Harry Potter but also other movies like Bridget Jones as well as other famous London landmarks along the way.
A real Studio experience that is as enchanting to adults as it is to the children. My wife and i loved every second of it.
The tour guide was friendly but the whole thing was a bit boring and very expensive. He said he know a lot about London ad Harry but he drove in silence unless I specifically asked a question for the 3 hours, AND IT WOULD AHVE BEEN MUCH BETTER TO HEAR ABOUT LODNON AS WE WERE DRIVING THROUGH IT. We seemed to double back across sites - the houses of parliament quite a bit and it all seemed a bit disorganised. A shorter/sharper tour would have been more fun, particularly for my 12 yr old who was quite bored by the end.
I can't believe this trip has received good ratings, it was very disapointing. Platform 9 3/4 can be seen free of charge at Kings Cross station
The teenagers loved it and it was a great wy to get a walking tour of parts of London. Remember to get a tube ticket before you go as it will save time for the group as a whole
Guide was really great but took this tour on a busy Saturday. Part of the tour went through the very busy, crowded Borough Market where we quickly lost the guide. The group was very large and the guide really did nothing to give instructions or guidance should this happen. We were never able to rejoin the group as he did not pick up his mobile. (We called the tour sevral times). My daughter was extrmely disappointed!!! There has to be a better way to organize this and keep this from happening? How do you keep 20 people together in a busy, crazy market?
No where on my booking sheets said I needed to have a bus pass. We were ditched at the metro station and did not finish the tour. Otherwise we enjoyed it.
We enjoyed the tour. Our guide was new to the HP tour although he knew the books and movies quite well. I'll suggest taking it a bit slower to allow the visitors to appreciate the locations and add a storytelling to bring it to life.
The tour was excellent. The tour guide, Uki, was funny and very engaging throughout. The tour is targeted towards serious Harry Potter fans (which I am not, but which my daughter was) but very interesting regardless. We also saw several parts of the city that I hadn't seen before (Southwark, Borough Market). Overall, very fun and a great experience.
