Doing what: Da Vinci Code and Scottish Borders Small Group Day Trip from Edinburgh
Al was an excellent tour guide - very well-informed and happy to share his knowledge of the sites we visited (as well as anything else we asked about). Most importantly, he seemed far more concerned about making sure everyone got their money's worth on the tour than rushing us from place to place as quickly as possible. Great experience and I would definitely recommend for anyone!

Doing what: Royal London Sightseeing Tour with Changing of the Guard Ceremony
The hotel was awful it needed to be closed and refurbished then reopened the bedroom was so hot we couldn't sleep. The trip to do the royal tour was brill the meal at ex GLC office was fab (beer very expensive) the boat trip was fascinating and last but not least the Eye was awesome (from me a very bad height phobic). Then the trip got better as we went on the Orient express to Paris, 4 stars.

Doing what: Royal London Sightseeing Tour with Changing of the Guard Ceremony
We were a little disappointeed as we thought we would get to go in Buckingham Palace, however that was not the case. Also we did not see the changig of the guard ceremony due to a light shower falling. We were suppose to see something else incase that happened, but the tour guide bypassed that entirely.

Doing what: Da Vinci Code and Scottish Borders Small Group Day Trip from Edinburgh
Guide was very informative about scottish history. He displayed a good knowledge about the area, was friendly and helpful. He though said he had never read the Da Vinci Code and knew nothing about the story so we felt that the title of the tour is deceiving. We were also not told about the 'extra' entrance fees

Great visit! If you get the chance to book on a Bank Holiday book it. The roads and sites are empty and makes getting around very easy. The guide was fantastic, very interesting and never rushed.

I didn't read the whole book but the tour never really talked about it. Nice stops.

Doing what: Royal London Sightseeing Tour with Changing of the Guard Ceremony
I wouldn't recommend it. This tour is on the same bus tour as an all day London tour. There was limited talk about the Royal Wedding since it wasn't a specific tour for that (marketing makes it appear that it is). Also, the tour was less than 3 hours.

Doing what: Royal London Sightseeing Tour with Changing of the Guard Ceremony
Basically we felt as though we sat in traffic for 2 hours, and then saw the parade that precedes the changing of the guard. Not a mention of the "royal wedding procession" during the tour. We also assumed we would see the changing of the guards, as opposed to the pre and post parade. The title of the tour is very misleading.
Our tour guide Rodney was less than enthusiastic, although informative.
Rodney, told us where to stand to watch the parade that leads to the changing of the guard, and said"that,s all you need to know".
A little condescending?

I enjoyed this tour a lot. I love history and seeing both the Melrose Abbey and Rosslyn Chapel was a great experience. Our guide was very good and well informed.

Doing what: Royal London Sightseeing Tour with Changing of the Guard Ceremony
The tour was fantastic from start to finish, the bus driver and tour guide were fantastic very knowledgeable and humorous with it. Got to see the changing of the guard which was fantastic, had a really great view and we got some great photographs. Would really recommend this tour if you don't have much time to spend in London and want to see everything. Thanks so much.

Loved this day trip. The borders area of Scotland is breathtaking. Our tourguides Bob and Doug were amazing and kept us educated and entertained. While the main reason we went was to see Rosslyn Chapel, Melrose Abbey was so much more impressive and I loved it so much more! Such a great way to see some amazing scenery and some amazing historic sites!!!!!

Doing what: Royal London Sightseeing Tour with Changing of the Guard Ceremony
Unfortunately, this tour was cancelled due to the London Marathon. We were informed the day before and also received word from customer service that a refund is on the way. I have no complaints. My five star rating is for good communication by Viator.
