Doing what: London Day Trip from Paris by Eurostar
The transportation to London via bus/train was good. Our train got in 3 min late and we had to wait a whole hour before we got to leave the train station. I thought that was irritating because it took away from the small amount of time we had in London. The hop on, hop off tour bus was fabulous!

All they do it take you to the train Station and from there your on your own .

This trip is not worth the price. My husband and I were left stranded (along with several others) at the train station in London. We were not given any information regarding the River cruise and had to skip using it (which was a huge disappointment). So not worth the over $500.00 we paid.

Very disappointing in contrast to arrival. Driver was not on platform as promised and although eventually found he was not holding up the name board. He did not help my elderly parents with their luggage and was very unfriendly. Spoilt the end of the trip.

Evan Evans tours were fantastic. Seem to be well organised and so polite and helpful over the phone! Our organised guide in Paris was so helpful and knowledgable, couldn't do enough for our group.

Doing what: Luxury Paris Day Trip with Champagne Lunch on the Eiffel Tower
A well organised tour that allowed us a good introduction to the main landmarks of Paris. Fast track up the Eiffel Tower was handy, given the length of the queues. Being a Saturday, the train departed half an hour later than advertised (at 7.31am)- we all turned up by 6.00am, but the tour people did not arrive until about 6.15am. We should have been told about this - an extra half an hour sleep would have been good! Other than this, it was good tour and I would recommend it.

Paris was beautiful but the Tour "Guide" was really just an "escort." He did not have any real information or history for us. No passion for his job. He was nice enough and got us safely around Paris but it was still a bit of a disappointment. Very over priced for what we received.

It would've been better if they gave us the itinerary in English instead of assuming we spoke Japanese. All other docs were in English.
