the shopping tour was nice, but i found out at the end of the tour, that we will NOT stop by Space - the real Prada outlet.

i was very disappointed............

The best location of the whole tour is the Prada outlet but they put it at the very last of the itinerary in which if you arrive late, most of the goods would be gone. So We suggest switching the itinerary a bit. Also the tour operator should check some of the outlets working hours... the fashion outlet at the very first of their itinerary only opens at 10am and we reach there 9:30am we had only until 10:15 there.so technically, we only have 15 minutes for shopping and the first 30 minutes going to be nothing...

The tour was okay for first timers. The first 2 stops were not interesting for us as there weren't too many shops that we liked. The last stop at the Mall where Prada is definitely is the highlight. Next time I would just go directly to the Mall.

The timing of the first outlet stop was not right, as we arrived before most of the shops are opened and the shops are not 'good to shop'. The second outlet is to D and G, quite ok. The third outlet is to the Mall with long queue outside Prada with lots of people inside grabbing bags and shoes, clothing section are less crowded. The other shops are also ok but the selection in the shop are quite limited. The killer is the tax refund office, where there's only two counters inside and queueing under the noon sun is killing. First timer to Florence can try.

Doing what: Florence Shopping Tour to Prada and the Mall Fashion Outlets

Not much of bargain goods now at The Mall and Prada. Used to be better few years back.

We felt tricked as we booked to go to Prada and The Mall. But the tour wasted our time at Fashion Valley and Dolce and Gabana. So boring! The info on you website should be more honest.

Really good outlet shopping especially those who want to see an extensive range of Prada and Miu Miu stuff. Good amount of time given to the two destinations too. Driver could be more assuring in allowing us to leave our 1st destination purchases in the bus when we alight at the 2nd destination. Nevertheless, I'll do this again!

Not enough time for shopping at Prada. Better go by train and then by taxi

Well manage departure time from one outlet to another. Though 1.5 hr at Prada could be too short, if there were too much visitor at the shops.

the Prada outlet was worht the trip did not find the Mall Fashion Outlets to be worth the trip. shopping was better in Florence.

Doing what: Private Tour: Florence Shopping Tour to Gucci and Prada Outlet

We liked Prada outlet more than The Mall stores because of nicer variety. Burberrry outlet also had bigger selection. Our driver made the trip intersting, he even took us for some sightseeing prior to our arrival in Firenze

quite a sight at the prada outlet to see everyone grabbing things like there was no tomorrow.

great that the tour left a bit earlier so we were the first in the warehouse...
would have enjoyed it a little more if it weren't that rushed at the prada outlet...

but overall, an enjoyable trip.

Shopping was great at both locations, but we could have used more time at the Prada location. The driver was prompt and courteous. Too bad the same can't be said of the passengers who chose to view the scheduled departure times as "optional", showing a total lack of respect for the other paying customers. But back to the shopping. Prada outlet deals were very good, but not so clear on the checkout process, which requires you to pay for different purchases at specific registers in the store and slows the process considerably. The Mall stores were also well stocked with good deals, but be forewarned about long lineups to get into certain stores such as Gucci and Tod's. It add up more than 45 min of our 2.5 hours of shopping time. Overall, I think the tour would benefit if an extra hour were added - 30 more min at Prada and 30 more at the Mall. Will probably rent a car next time so the shopping won't be as rushed and the zen moments won't be ruined by ignorant people.

It was on time with no hassles. it would be nice to have a bit of background history with the brands we go to. Ie, how did prada begin he's career to become a global brand. overall very quick and efficient from pick up to drop off

Apart from good bargains on the Prada shades and a Fendi coat, the variety in the collections was not that wide to pick from. You're better off paying a little more and get the full luxe service at the Roman boutiques.
