Doing what: Florence City Hop-on Hop-off Tour
Very good trip to get an overview of Florence, well priced and our tickets covered two days and both tours. Thoroughly recommend taking the bus early on in a visit to Florence.

Doing what: Cinque Terre Small Group Day Trip from Florence
This was a beautiful scenic tour. Our guide was fantastic. Shared stories about Florence and the Tuscany region as we passed through on our ride to Cinque Terre. He made our day very pleasant. Went out of his way to stop and let us take all the pictures we wanted to have for memories. Would recommend this trip to any one who is thinking about it. Plus my daughter went on the hiking tour to Cinque Terre and she enjoyed that as well. Great Tour!

Doing what: Florence City Hop-on Hop-off Tour
If you want a quick and easy way to see the city you're visiting and scope out the sights for later visits, the Hop-On, Hop-Off is the only way to go. We've now used it in both Florence AND last year in Paris, and it's well worth the value. In fact, both trips now we've purchased additional days to ride. The audio tours are great (and your ticket purchase comes with a set of your own headphones, issued on the bus), giving you just enough information to keep the tour informative and interesting without reaching the point of boring. We'll definitely use them again! B+T, Kansas

Doing what: Skip the Line: Uffizi Gallery and Vasari Corridor Walking Tour
We thoroughly enjoyed our 5 days in Florence. The hotel Monna Lisa was excellent as was the guided tour of the Uffizi/Vasari Corridor.

Doing what: Skip the Line: Uffizi Gallery and Vasari Corridor Walking Tour
The tour was fantastic. It felt very special to be walking above all the other tourists on the Ponte Vecchio, secretly taking in the views of Florence from the vantage point created by the Medicis. Our tour guide was knowledgeable and very good humored. The length of the tour - 3 hours - is plenty of time to see a selection of the works in the Uffizi (Botticelli, Leonardo da Vinci) and make your way over the river to the Pitti Palace. Although it would have helped if we (I was there with my mum) had known we would end up on the other side of the river - where we had gone earlier that day! Exhausted by the end but we felt a few glasses of Prosecco were well-deserved!

Doing what: Cinque Terre Small Group Day Trip from Florence
We highly recommend this day trip to Cinque Terre. Our driver/guide Luca was the perfect leader for our group: He was knowledgeable, friendly, respectful and professional. Luca drove us from Florence to Cinque Terre, and over the 1 1/2 hour drive, he gave us an insightful understanding of Italy's politics, culture, history, and social structure. When we arrived in Cinque Terre, everything was organized and the tour moved along at a relaxed yet timely pace. The walk along Via dell Amore was easy, and provided breathtaking views of the ocean. The brief ocean journey on the ferry added a fun dimension to the tour, which we loved. We appreciated the "free time" that we had to explore the village on our own, and used the two hours to swim in the ocean and eat a delicious lunch on the piazza by the sea. (Be sure to take your swim suit and towel along, although we struggled to find a private place to change.) Of the many tours and day trips that we took during our 9 days in Florence, this was the best: Well organized, educational, fun, and led by a personable, intelligent and friendly guide.

We did that tour as we arrived in Florence. One of our greatest tour accross them all! So fun, entertaining, small group and lots of time for questions. Our guide Aniko was knowleadgeable and super sympathetic and funny. Great holidays!

Doing what: Cinque Terre Small Group Day Trip from Florence
Our driver/guide, Matteo, was wonderful. On the drive from Florence to the Cinque Terre he described the countryside we passed through, discussed the towns, and gave a little history. He engaged each of the eight of us in conversation. It was a trip of tour and time on our own. We stopped at the first village, had some time to explore and then walked the trail along the coast together second village. Since the water was calm that day, Matteo made sure we were able to take the boat to village number four. We had time there to explore and eat lunch, then met Matteo for our trip to the next village. It was a balanced day of tour and time on our own. Of course, the Cinque Terre themselves were wonderful.

Doing what: Florence Segway Tour
What a wonderful way to see Florence! My daughter, our friend and I were the only ones on the trip that day so we had our friendly guide, Serina, to ourselves. Serina is so knowledgable and she made our trip so interesting that we can't wait to come back and see more of this beautiful city. Serina was very patient while we learned to ride the Segways and then we had so much fun on the guided tour that we were the envy of other groups of tourists - we didn't want it to end! We would thoroughly recommend the Segway Tour - it's a must!

Doing what: Florence City Hop-on Hop-off Tour
We had booked this for one day but used it only on second day. The last bus leaves as 6 PM and we could not get it when we returned from PISA.
We enjoyed the tour. Florence is small and these buses take us to most beautiful parts of the city. We felt no need to get down and covered both routes in four hours.

Since our time was limited in Florence, this was an excellent way to see the key sights in one day. I highly recommend this tour to anyone going to Florence.

Don't miss this 2-hour bike tour!! I booked this tour on my first day in Florence!! It was the perfect way to see Florence in all its glory and beauty. Our tour guide, Anika was Fabulous!! She is the sweetest most kindest person I'd ever met and boy does she know her Florence-history! This tour was a great introduction to the city plus I knew by seeing the city on bike first, we'd know our way around the city easily. And we sure did!! The 2 hours flew by and I wished It could have gone on longer. In one word this bike tour was FUN!!! Whatever you do---don't miss this fun experience. I promise you, YOU WILL LOVE IT!!

Doing what: Skip the Line: Small-Group Florence Renaissance Walking Tour with Accademia Gallery
We had the best guide of the three tours I did in Italy, she was passionate and could answer anyone's questions and could tell you about about lesser known facts which made it so much more interesting than wandering around florence on your own. I was only in florence for the day (1.5hrs by train from Rome) and I didn't have to waste most of it standing in the 2-3hr queue for the Accademia like all the others!

Such a great experience! I had Michele as my tour guide and he did great! This is definitely a great way to experience Florence! I'd do this tour on your first day in Florence to get the lay of the town. And the gelato place on the course of the trip was excellent!
