When we arrived the pass collect point, it's just 14:00pm, and the door was locked. We waited there for around 40 mins, no body came. I was told the sales lady might go for lunch. So, we left, and after 15:00pm we went there again, few mins later, the lady came. Although she was kind and made appointment for our Galleria degli Uffizi tour quickly, but waiting 1 hour is wasting our time. So, we suggested not to collect this pass during 13:45 ~ 15:00. It's the lunch hour for Italian people. Except this problem, this pass is pretty useful for travel yourself.

Uffizi was wonderful. We left the tour because the hide spoke for too long and we were not seeing the exhibits. The organization was poor and the instructions to get our passports were unclear and did not help us find the ticket office. The Florence book was printed in 1999. 15 years is too long

This was a real bust. Walked all over the train station area to get the passport only to be told it was just for the Accademia and Uffizi skip the line, (had already bought that tour separately) and a few discounts - was not for any other museum. Very disappointing.

It just wasn't worth it for us for the price - and it was also rather confusing. We were in Florence for three days. We couldn't use it in several places where we thought we could...they just looked at us as if we were annoying them. You CAN use it for Uffizi or Acadamia--but only one. Perhaps this was poor planning/research on our part - but we wouldn't buy it again.
