Spring Art Exhibitions in Florence

After a slow and cold winter, eventually some temporary exhibitions are starting!

First of all, at the Reali Poste of Uffizi Gallery you can admire the beautiful display of “Figure, Memorie, Spazio“ - 100 drawings of great artists of “Quattrocento Fiorentino” such as Filippo and Filippino Lippi, Verrocchio, Botticelli, Ghirlandaio and the world-famous Leonardo da Vinci, Raffaello and Michelangelo. Not to bad right? Exhibition will be on until June 12th, and will be open from Tuesdays to Sndays from 08:15 am to 06:50 pm

At the beautiful Palazzo Strozzi, an excellent example of a typical Renaissance Palace, on March 12th is starting a modern art show: “Picasso, Mirò, Dalì – young and angry”. Over 60 paintings of these great artists, all 3 coming from Catalugna Region in Spain, plus 100 sketches of Picasso. Basically, the birth of modernity.
Exhibition is intended as a film full of flashbacks, intriguing and vibrant and will be on display until July 17th, open everyday from 09:00 am to 08:00 pm – Thursdays from 09:00 am to 11:00 pm.
