Great tour. Few comments: bus was ran down, rain was pouring but - guides were great, we saw Miami in nutshell! Had blast at Everglades.
The funniest thing was that 2 weeks after we were on this tour we got a call to get outside of the hotel as bus is waiting for us! we would love to join tour again, but long time returned home.

You get a comprehensive bus tour of the major Miami areas (downtown, Coral Gables, Coconut Grove, Miami Beach) with lots of information. Then you get a quick stop in Little Havana (we had 20 min). Of course we had to grab some food there. Had an excellent Cuban sandwich. Would have liked more time in Little Havana but we made the most of our 20 min (sandwich and potty break). After that we got a boat ride on Biscayne bay. The tour said yacht ride. Not a yacht. But it was a boat and it was a beautiful boat ride. Saw lots of celebrity homes on the bay. Then we got back on the bus for the trip to the Everglades. It poured once we got there (so bring ponchos unless you want to buy them there). The rain didn't stop us from having a blast. It started with an alligator show. We all got to see a teeny tiny alligator and then got to watch the trainer with a bigger alligator. After that, we got to go on an airboat ride that was one of the highlights of my trip. The rain was pelting us in the face because of the speed of the boat but it was still fun. The captain did turns and went fast and it was amazing. We saw 3 alligators and a snake or two. What an amazing part of the country!

A good way to see a glimpse of the city and bay and loved the Everglades experience. very Good value for money we did this trip. as only in Miami for 2days so gave us a good insight on where we wanted to go back to visit

With one full day before our cruise, we decided to get the most out of Miami and this tour did just that.. Though our hotel wasn't on the list of hotel pick-up, the CSR gave us a nearest location to meet and get picked up.. From there, we went around and pick up all other tourists and set off for Everglades.. The airboat was fun, the show was fun and informative.. Afterwards, we're taken back for the hq for the 2nd/3rd part of the tour.. The city tour was nice, as the tour guide was knowledgeable and keep us well informed and awake.. The bay cruise tour was a nice touch; the captain showed us all the celebrity mansions and pointed out all the attractions.. Overall, it's a great get-to-know-a-new-place kind of tour and 9 hours went by just like that..

1. Very well organized pickup and transportation services. Very friendly drivers too.
2. Everglades Airboats are a treat! Not an everyday adventure. I wish there was a little bit more time at Everglades to look around and have some snacks - we literally had to run to bus with a food. 30 additional minutes would be absolutely enough.
3. Biscayne Bay Cruise is also extremely interesting (we had a very good cruise leader who explained a lot and tried hard to entertain everyone, in most cases successfully).

Bottom line: Highly recommended.

Four adults thought the Miami Combo Tour to be a great deal for the money and a great way to experience a lot of Miami in a day.
The pick up was prompt,clean transportation and friendly,informed guides.
Thank you to Mario ,bus guide and Gus,boat guide and office staff who were helpful
when arranging the pick up.
The Everglades AirBoat was exciting and our young guide was enthusiastic and made our trip unique and fun .Sorry ,I have no name.
Trip Advisor had some bad reviews that caused me some anxiety before we went on
the tour .
So glad we booked this tour.

We covered a lot of territory in nine hours. It was a great overview. The shortcoming is that since it really three tours in one there is no continuity from one phase to the next. It would be helpful, given only a half hour between the water taxi and the bus to the Everglades, to be told what the lunch options were at Bayside. After rushing through lunch, the bus was then late, which was annoying. The bus driver to the Everglades was not a guide at all (yet still requested a tip). It would add to the value of the trip if he could have spoken about the area.

Great day in Miami. Miami is so busy you really need something like this to see it. The bus tour gives you a good general feel for the city and the boat tour lets you see the city from the water. The fan boat ride in the everglades is a blast. Well worth the money!

Talk about value for money!! This trip showed my friend and me everything we wanted to see in Miami in 1 day! The airboat trip was so much more than expected!! A fast thrilling water ride across the Everglades Marsh land definitely woke us up after a relaxing day on bus and cruise! Fantastic deal!!

The combo tour was really great. Our busdriver Harry was the best. He showed us many awsome places in Miami and told many stories about Miami's history.
Biscayne Bay was fun too. Lovely to sit in the boot and see all the houses off famous people. It was relaxing and enyoing.
Everglades are beautiful. To bad, we didn't see a lot of aligators, but the fast ride on the water was LOL. It was again a great tour of Viator with the best tourguides!!

If you're in Southern Florida, you need to see the Everglades! Transportation to the Everglades was clean and efficient. The staff at the park was very kind and provided an entertaining day. The cruise was also very fun. You get to see the houses of celebrities and the scenic Miami skyline.

The everglades boat tourwas fantastic, the biscayne boat tour as well, to see all of miamis great sights, the only negative thing worth mentioning is that the hotel pick-up organization was bad, in our case.

I thought the service was excellent, and the experience was quite unique. I also thought the price was extremely reasonable, which is not something you see very often in Florida tours. The airboats were great and the whole trip was quite educational as well as entertaining. I really think any visitor to South Florida is missing out by not seeing the Everglades and especially if you don't have a rental car, this Viator is a superb deal!
