Apart from the fact that the day was perfect - no wind, no clouds, the whole experience was 6 stars. Weighing the people was a good safety measure; no baggage was another one. We were impressed with the pilot's concern for the other passengers when one of the passengers brought an ipad, thus tending to block the view of the others. He put a stop to it, very kindly. His knowledge was great, and this is one of the events where I'd say to everyone "Save your pennies and do this trip. Magical! Many many thanks.

Our first touch of snow...........considering our family at home were suffering through over 40 degree heat we were loving the temperature. Highly recommend to anyone; even those who THINK they may fear heights!!! loved it.... only thing.... wish it took a little longer.... ;-)

We were seated in the back seat behind the pilot and could hardly get a decent view throughout the flight. I have registered a complaint with your customer care team. Expected a lot more for the price paid! Would only recommend to others if they were able to get a front see in the helicopter.

If they had said it was this good we would not have believed them.
The weather forecast was not good but it turned out a lovely morning (at least when we flew). Enough safety management to give confidence but not boring. We had walked to Fox glacier the day before but it did not prepare us for this amazing flight and landing on the Glacier. Can't think of words good enough to describe the experience of helicopter flight, close views of the mountains and glaciers and a great pilot making it exciting but not frightening. Go and experience it if you think this is an exaggeration.

Awesome. I rate it as one of the top ten experiences in my life. Well wort the money in hindsight it is actually very reasonable. As Franz Joseph glacier is disappearing very rapidly the view from the ground would have been a bit disappointing if I hadn' first seen it from the air. A must do!!!

It was awesome. We had a beautiful sunny day and the pilot was brill. We were just sad we didn't have enough time to do the heli-hike, if u have the time that would be even better.

Had to wait a day because of the weather but well worth it! The front seat helped but it was definitely the trip of a lifetime! The photographs that I took were fantastic and who would have known that a glacier was blue?

What a brilliant experience this was. Even though we could not go to Fox Glacier due to the clouds rolling in, we did get in a snow landing. The pilot was fantastic and the company has offered to refund monies owed. We would thoroughly recommend this experience as it gives you a new and interesting perspective of the beautiful glacier.

This trip is one of the most amazing scenic journeys I done in my life. Visiting Fox Glacier terminal itself is beautiful but the helicopter ride to the mountain top gives you a spectacular views which un-fortunately can't see from the bottom.
