Doing what: Chamonix and Mont Blanc
This trip was the highlight of our whole trip to Switzerland! The tour made it easier to navigate around. Only wish we had more time to stay. Now that we know more about the area, next time we'll go on our own.

THis tour was quite good. However, I suggest you should start including the optins for Cable Car trip inside Mont Blanc mountains as an option against train ride which was not really impressive.

Tour Guide Mera was really great! The only item I would say we could improve would be more time at the Castle instead of sitting around in one of the towns (the one before we leave). We only had 40 minutes in the castle and the audiotour takes at least 1.5 hours. I didn't get through the whole tour before having to leave.

There was some confusion about the timings for the parts of the day and lunch was very rushed. Otherwise the locations were fantastic.

Unfornately we arrived in Chamonix only to learn the tram would not be going up to Mont Blanc because of excessive wind. We spent several hours in town instead. The glacier was cool, but the whole point of the trip was to do Mont Blanc, so it was a disappointment.

Lovely experience - would definitely recommend it to others. Our guide could have been a tad better but was acceptable.

This is one beautiful place that is not be missed if you are ever in the area...and don't forget to take the train to the Glacier AND make the effort to walk the 400 steps down to the Ice Cave....

This tour is perfect for those wanting to see as much of Lake Geneva and it's beautiful towns and villages in a short period of time (9.5 hrs). The pace is enjoyable for those of all ages, which was nice for us (a group with a wide range of ages). Our guide and our driver were both informative and genuine in their interactions with guests. This tour is recommended 100%.

Overall, it was a good trip. The guide was nice and well-informed. The walking from one area to the restaurant was excessive, esp in the heat.

Well organised and stress free day. The afternoon trip to the Glacier was an unexpected highlight. Well worth doing.

Expensive, but loved it! Great experience for those of us from the south. The village of Chamonix was beautiful and being in the summer it was great with no crowds. It was actually hot down in the village, but that really changed once you got up there at the peak. Up there it was just breathtakingly beautiful and well worth it! Plenty of time is allotted for you to wander at your own pace. Lunch was ok for our standards (we are picky eaters and our standards are high), but good for being included in the tour. That also took away the pressure of getting something to eat in whatever limited time frame a tour provides in an unfamiliar territory. The only disappointment was that the glacier was closed and we didn't get so see it (but it was due to an avalanche).

Doing what: Geneva City Tour
The first part round the international buildings was a waste of time, plain buildings which will be filled with far more people than are really needed. The "Old Town" was wonderful, and the commentary good.
