Very efficient transport, driver gave us a good impression of the areas around where we we staying. Suggested places of interest to visit. This is a great service to have if you are not staying in a hotel but in a residential area. The transfer was on time and there were no issues at all, easy to book. Definitely recommend to anyone to do.

Not much of a welcoming trip to Queensland. No air conditioning. (Vehicle should have been taken out of service). Driving poor and erratic. A disappointing customer experience.

Pro: we got to the airport on time with this service which cost $44 for 2 of us. Taxi was $80.
Cons: the shuttle is a van/ mini bus not coach, so it was rather stuffy and bumpy as we sat at last row. The heavy metal music played in the van gave me a headache in the end.

Doing what: Australia Multi-City Attractions Pass
The attractions available were very limited, and in total were considerably cheaper than the cost paid for the multi pass. The multi pass was not value for money, few people knew anything about it,there were no extra offers available. We were very upset at the mis advertising of this facility. There are money off vouchers available with tram tickets etc in the cities which would have saved us alot more money. I will certainly not be recommending this.
