Doing what: Granada Day Trip from Malaga, including the Alhambra Palace and Generalife Gardens
Myhusband and I were in a group speaking English at the gate of Alhambra Palace.
But the tour got us and other people speaking English with people speaking German
together. So it took time for us to see around and to listen what that guide spoke.
I think small group (5or6persons) is much better. In anyway we enjoyed the Granada
tour.

Doing what: Granada Day Trip from Malaga, including the Alhambra Palace and Generalife Gardens
An excellent tour which gives you an opportunity to visit the famous Alhambra Palace and Generalife Gardens. Although quite pricey, it is well worth booking this tour if you are staying in Malaga. One warning though - make sure you wear sensible footwear as there is an awful lot of walking!

Doing what: Granada Day Trip from Malaga, including the Alhambra Palace and Generalife Gardens
Excellent, knowledgeable guide in Alhambra Palace. Helpful escort in the bus.
Trip would have been excellent, if you had informed us about a possible pick-up at the AC Marriot Hotel (where we stayed).
We had made an internet booking and unfortunately we had accepted your suggestion to board the bus at your pick up place opposite Barklays Bank. The bus was late, our cloathing was soaked, after we had waited for more than half an hour, in the rain, as the shelter at the bus stop was arrow und too small to protect all persons waiting.
I regard myself as a very experienced traveler, but I did not expect that you suggest such a pick-up place unsuitable at a rainy morning in autum.

Doing what: Granada Day Trip from Malaga, including the Alhambra Palace and Generalife Gardens
Tour of palace and gardens was excellent - guide(Juan) informed and adaptable
Coach pick up place was very difficult to find - instructions were unclear - tour guide should be more identifiable (she wore no uniform or badge) and better trained - her english was not good

Doing what: Granada Day Trip from Malaga, including the Alhambra Palace and Generalife Gardens
This was the perfect way to see the Alhambra and get a glimpse of Granada. The local guide at the palace and garden was very knowledgeable and interesting. Finding lunch was a little challenging (more direction from the guide would be appreciated). A lot of walking - be prepared.

Doing what: Granada Day Trip from Malaga, including the Alhambra Palace and Generalife Gardens
The tour of the Alhambra Palace and gardens was excellent, conducted by a fluent English-speaking expert local guide, Gerardo. However, the day trip itself was let down by poor time-keeping on the part of the tour guide, Eva, which meant a lot of waiting around and a very late return to Malaga.

Doing what: Granada Day Trip from Malaga, including the Alhambra Palace and Generalife Gardens
It’s a bit of mixed feeling with this tour. It is a convenience tour if you have a little time but want to explore more.
The bus takes you to the Alhambra and a knowledgeable local guide takes you around the palace for two hours, the palace was beautiful but slightly overrated in my opinion (14€ entry fee if go on your own); then the bus takes you to Granada town centre around 1-2pm, you have a hour to go around on your own, which I felt a little rush; the final stop was to see the mountain range of Sierra Nevada, it was beautiful but only got 15 mins in there which just enough to take some pictures and go to toilet.
The waiting point in the morning wasn’t clear enough, (No no.14 bus stop and no tour guide was waiting for us as was said on the voucher). We were quite worried when the bus didn’t turn up in time. The bus was 80% full when it finally arrived 15mins later - turn out it was travelling from Estepona since 5-6am. It would be nice if this was mentioned in the booking so we needn’t to worry whether we were waiting at a wrong place or not.
I paid £61 via Viator excludes lunch, but other travellers paid through their hotel for 75€ which includes lunch. However, if you take lunch that you won’t have the time to visit the Granada town centre.
If there were maps provided would be nice, there are free maps of Alhambra but we only picked one up on our way out because we didn’t go through the main gate when the tour started. A Granada city centre map would be very helpful (the one you normally get for free from a tourist information centre) as we have to walk around it on our own, I didn’t really know where to go and see (bad preparation from my side that misunderstood a guide would take us around).
In general, it was an ok tour. I would rate it 3.5. (If you go on your own, 20€ for return by bus)

Unfortunately our bus on this tour was old and quite dirty. Some seats were broken and the AC barely functioned. However, our tour guide in Granada was excellent and the Palace and Gardens are worth seeing.
