Fantastic and great value.
Nearly went pear shaped because of the weather but managed to get re booked for the next day. The organisation was first class and all staff gave excellent customer service. The trip itself was excellent and I would recommend that if you can afford it this is a must do.
The whole experience was amazing. It was easy to book, very well organised and great value for money. The helicopter ride is a must if you plan to visit the Grand Canyon, just spectacular!! The boat ride was great and the guide was excellent. Loved the ranch and the lunch. I was surprised at how much there was to see and do at the ranch; it was a lot of fun. The bonus was stopping on the way home at the Hoover Dam. All in all an absolutely fantastic experience and I am very impressed with Viator. I would definitely recommend this trip. Wear sensible shoes for the walk from the helicopter to the boat....it's a bit rugged and take a coat for the bus ride...the A/C is freezing but I cannot fault the trip...just excellent
Excellent tour with Ernie as our tour guide. Early September was a perfect time to go. We had very little wait time for the helicopter and none for the pontoon boat ride, which we highly recommend. Double decker bus was new and very comfortable. Great way to see the Grand Canyon!
It was a great experience. We took our 3 kids aged 12, 10 and 6 and they thoroughly enjoyed it. Communication with the company was good, pilot and tour guide when we got there was great. Fantastic going straight to the front of the line. It was on a tight schedule and we did feel a bit rushed, but on the hole it was amazing. I'd certainly recommend it to friends and family.
Brilliant from start to finish. Well organised and everything went to schedule. Would recommend this trip and this company. A once in a lifetime experience.
My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed this trip. I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending this trip to like minded people who do not have the luxury of time. You can return to Phoenix by afternoon. Meanwhile one can enjoy a ride on the Cessna, Chopper and boat on river Colorado and of course the Skywalk. Highly recommended.

The only challenge was the weather. The tour is worth taking.
It was a fantastic day. However, there was too little time to get something to eat.
when you had all 3 things, but our chauffeur (JAY) made sure that we did.
Jay was at the whole trip fantastic entertaining, thanks Jay.

We did the helicopter and boat ride at the Canyon which was great. We got to the Sky Deck and had a 45 minute wait in line which only gave us 5 minutes at Guano Lookout. Didn't even stop at the Indian Village. Those choosing to do the helicopter need at least an additional hour or more on the tour.
Trip was great! We were a party of eight. So they split us four each on two helicopters at our request as maximum capacity for each was 6 . The flight to the Canyon was smooth with terrific view of the landscape below. Our guide at Eagle point was friendly and had stories to tell. Our only complain is that we only had 30 min to do the sky walk and look around before we had to board our van to come back for our return flight.
Money wise OK but time provided to visit different spots during the trips are very less. We could not cover all the spots as Helicopter ride (waiting in the line to get on to the helicopter) was very long. Also, you have wait long in line just to check in. Sky ride is useless (they says if you've purchased tickets from them then no need to wait in line but its not true) but do it as its cheaper while included in the package. Approx $290 per person is pretty good deal. I wish they allow more time considering the trips to each spot takes at least an hour.
Great experience, visting the Eagle eye and other points, taking the helicopter into the canyon, great views of the Grand Canyon
We chose this trip because we could get the whole family (7 of us) in one helicopter, and the trip worked really well. (I loved the helicopter so much I'd have loved to do the whole thing in in!). The trip is quite full on, and a tad rushed but then you are ticking off flight over Hoover Dam, helicopter into the Canyon, Skywalk and lunch on the rim, so guess that should have been no surprise. If I'm honest, you could drop Skywalk if you felt you wanted more time at the Rim and to enjoy the lunch which was pretty good or do any shopping at the airport. Big thanks to Matt our helicopter pilot who encapsulated all the glamour a pilot should and made us feel we really were his first customers! Hard to be that fresh for every group but he did it. The helicopter into the Canyon is a must.
