The tour was excellent we never thought it was going to be as nice as it was and our guide was really excellent as well as the two other people in our tour.

This was a fabulous day trip. The helicopter ride into the canyon was amazing and the pontoon boat ride on Colorado River was breathtaking. A steep walk from helicopter to boat was not mentioned but plenty of time allowed. Skywalk was bit disappointing as not over steep part of canyon.

Coach ride was very nice, helicopter flight was surreal. Flying along the West Rim, down along the Colorado River and landing to take a fanastic, 20 minute, bontoon boat ride up and down the river, discussing the area with a Native American from the Hualapai tribe. Meal at Guano Point was fanastic and so were the views. This was a very nice excursion, but be prepared for the very bumpy dirt road ride into and out of the West Rim area.

Nice experience! The lunch was ok, but different as per what you expected from the tour guidelines. Also it is a little bit more time to do everything, as we have to rush a lot...

Fantastic trip and highly recommended. The only downside was the number of different coaches we had to use. Our tour guide Mike was a legend too.

The Grand Canyon was AMAZING!! With the Helicopter and Boat rides we could have used more time though. It just seemed a bit too rushed to enjoy it the way it should be enjoyed.

Doing what: 3-Day Las Vegas and Grand Canyon Tour from Los Angeles
The hotel pick up LA was late and needed phone calls to resolve. Bus was very comfortable. The Imperial Palace hotel is a disaster area as the whole frontage is being rebuilt. Drop off point (and pick up) is a long walk away via a hotel next door! Rooms are tired and and in need of renovation. In short this hotel should not be used by Viator customers!
The trip to the grand canyon on the other hand was awesome.
Overall worth doing BUT avoid the Imperial Palace

I joined the Grand Canyon West Rim Day trip by Coach, Helicopter and Boat with Skywalk tour. The Tour was fantistic and the Scenary was great! The only discomfort of the trip is the group is too big about 80pax and the bus is a little too cramp.

Fabulous. So many different tour options for the Grand Canyon but this was just perfect. Jerry our guide was a real asset. Good knowledge about the area and attractions. Nothing felt rushed. We had time to enjoy everything. The helicopter flight and the boat ride were the icing on the cake. Happily recommend this trip and this company to anyone.

When we got to the pickup point for the helicopter we had to wait for almost an hour cause there was a lot of people waiting already. Cause of the long wait we were unable to visit the Hualapie ranch so we were very disappointed! The view from Eagle point was amazing { although a bit scary cause there are no barriers there}. We had our lunch at Guano Point with more amazing views! Our tour guide was Jay, who didnt shut up the whole way, but she had the whole coach laughing with her banter and was very knowledgable of the countryside. Overall was a great trip just bad timing with the helicopter.

We had done the Grand Canyon tour with another tour company 4 years ago, but this tour was so much better, from the time we got picked up till the time we were droped back at our hotel.This was the first time I had every backed on the net but was so glad I took the gamble.If you are thinking about a tour then do this one.THE BEST. Chez from Australia and friends.
