Doing what: Grand Canyon West Rim Adventure and Skywalk

This was the 17th year for the 6 of us girlfriends to do something exciting together.
We all had a marvelous trip with Viator, it comes highly recommended and we look forward to another trip with them. Everything was great the boat ride could have been longer.
We especially enjoyed our Pilot, he took good care of us. Thanks from all of us girls.

Great trip. Helicopter is the only way to do the Grand Canyon. Chuck the pilot was knowledgeable with a very pleasant personality. Glad we did the early tour and avoided the bus tours at the skywalk.

Everything promised was delivered but we felt that there was no sparkle with the pilot (very professional and attentive though) and the flight was almost mundane, Ted was very good with great personality. Voted our least exciting or memorable event this trip.

wow! except that the helicopter tour was so disorganised we missed out on other things that were supposed to be included

Had a lot of fun. The bus driver was very entertaining on the trip. The helicopter and boat ride were great.
The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was could use more time at the Grand Canyon just seemed like we had to rush to get everything done.

Enjoyable day, bus driver guide was helpful, with interesting facts and funny tales. Day just seemed to fly by, well organised.

This trip was amazing!! The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was because we didn't have enough time. We had to wait for about one and a half hours for the helicopter ride, so that made us rush for the rest of the tour, actually missing some of the sights! Since we chose to do everything including the helicopter, boat, and skywalk we felt very rushed. Especially with the very long wait at the beginning we should have been given extra time at the west rim. Nevertheless, our day was spectacular! Everything was breathtaking! Also our driver Thomas was very informative and entertaining. I would highly recommend this tour, but it needs extra time if you're doing everything. Some people on our bus weren't doing it all, so they were eager to leave, but we really felt we needed more time. I hope Viator will make adjustments for this in the future.

The checking in process for helicopter ride could be be improved, was a bit chaotic and took too long as result we didn’t have enough time to see all the sights - missed out on the ranch visit. Grand Canyon was amazing, tour guide Thomas was great.

The helicopter and boat trip were great but there was too much time wasted waiting for helicopter and buses. We did not have time when we finished helicopter portion to visit any points except Eagle Point for a non-descript lunch and back to the bus for the 13mi. washboard road return to our regular bus. Also there should be a better description of the access to the boat ride -- a very rocky dangerous path with no help from employees -- good thing we had the help from kind fellow passengers. A few more descriptive ad words would help people decide if this is the right trip for them -- my husband and I are normally active retirees but recent surgeries have temporarily (we hope) slowed us down and we found the hike down a bit challenging. I was able to scratch getting to the bottom of the Grand Canyon off my bucket list though!!

In my opinion the only good thing of the day was the helicopter trip and pontoon ride. The staff went out of their way to be helpful on this part of the trip many thanks. The rest of the day was rushed and crowded. My suggestion would be pay a little more for a smaller group tour.

From the wee hours of the morning you felt like "cattle" being moved about from bus to bus; line up to line up. The breakfast snack provided was very processed and unappealing. No water provided. You are also not told of an additional fee that you must pay before the bus tour begins. I give a 5 STAR Rating for the helicopter/boat which I paid extra for. This was the highlite of the experience. You were far too rushed at each site to view the Canyon The lunch was cafeteria style and few options for seating due to herds of people...then you had to hurry up and get in to another line-up to move to the next point.
The Asian tourists appeared to receive preferential treatment - their own cafeteria/tour guides.
Nice music provided on the bus. The bus had air-brake problems prior to leaving the Canyon parking lot and therefore we could not be taken an alternate route back to Las Vegas as previously discussed by the driver. Take the helicopter.

1st, they don't tell you it's not a direct trip to Vegas--you stop over in Anaheim. Then, they don't tell you that you arrive BEFORE check-in at the hotel, so you have to wait for 2 hours in the lobby with all your luggage. Also, they don't tell you it's not a straight ride to the Grand Canyon--you have to make the rounds to every other major hotel on the strip.

All in all, they need to do a MUCH better job of communicating the itinerary.

it was a fantastic day every aspect of the trip was first class . just leaves me to say thank you to you all

Doing what: 3-Day Las Vegas and Grand Canyon Tour from Los Angeles

Trip was amazing - very good value for money. Driver to the Grand Canyon Robert was fabulous. Only negative was a problem checking into the hotel in Vegas, as it was a casino hotel you need to be 21 to check in, I was two weeks away from my 21st birthday which caused a problem, thankfully another passenger assisted me and signed for my room. I feel to save others from this difficulty when booking the trip Viator should confirm DOB. Overall fantastic.
