Great tour, saw the whales and dolphins. Food was good. Service was very good.

When you are going on a whale watching cruise you have to understand it's not a circus and the whale will not appear and jump in front of you when you want it to.
you have to be patient and most of the time rewarded for your patience. I went on the cruise end of April- that's the end of the whale season in Hawaii, we still managed to see a couple of whales. The guys on the boat told us about the whales and the history of whaling in Hawaii, there was a bar on the boat to buy drinks. There was a bit of miscommunication regarding the location of the boat. On the confirmation they had something different from actual location and we almost missed our boat. The good thing I called to reconfirm the departure time too since I was booked for 7:30 am and the cruise was cancelled and moved to 9:30 am.I would not recommend this activity for people with young children.If you are going, having binoculars would be a good idea

We had three choices for times for this tour and I booked the 7:30am thinking we could get it in and have the rest of the day but when we showed up at 7:10 as asked we were told that since it's the end of the season and they didn't have a lot of response for the early time they had cancelled and we could try to get in the 9:30 am or 12:30 noon tour. Needless to say, it might have been a good idea to get hold of me and let us know so we weren't sitting around for several hours. Once we got on the boat I thought it would be great it we could see something but realizing it was the end of the season didn't expect much. As we approached another whaling boat, the skipper put it in idle and within two minutes about 100 yards away an adult whale came about 80% out of the water and breeched just like the picture with this review(except better). Amazing!! There were four or five groups of whales including one baby who was jumping all the time. Fantastic tour!!! Highly recommended!

We sighted a mother and her calf. Lunch was very enjoyable and the staff were most helpful. A great day.

Very good tour. Saw many whales and the tour guide was very informative. The ship was big and clean and comfortable. Can't wait to do it again!!!!

Wonderful experience! The captain was very nice and knew what he was doing. The woman was too perky for my taste (but I am anti-perkiness to begin with). But watching those whales (and so close) it was simply amazing.

Our guides were great!!! When the Mama whale breached 3 times in a row, and the baby tried to imitate, our guides got as excited as the guests. I heard one say to the other, "I've never seen a whale that big." They made it fun for us and we loved the tour. Thanks!!

Prompt pick up from hotel. Enjoyable morning with beautiful weather and saw many whales.

We saw severl baby whales jumping out of water, far away, and one unexpected near our boat. This is a nice tour and next time I will try a small boat tour. That may get you closer to the whales.
