The trip to St. Andrews was absolutely wonderful. Our tour guide Bob was funny and so knowledgeable about the area and it's history. Would highly recommend this tour.
Lovely tour! My daughter and I enjoyed ourselves!
Great trip without any hassles!
We took the tour in early September and thoroughly enjoyed it. The scenery is beyond compare and the sights we visited were very well chosen. Our driver/guide kept us entertained with his knowledge of the history and legends surrounding Scotland and the Highlands. We had sunny days, cloudy days, a little rain and wind, so be sure to pack clothes to layer, including a rain jacket as well as a travel umbrella - and a good camera. A few things to keep in mind: There is no bathroom on the bus but they do make frequent stops where there are typically facilities. We had signed up for the guest house lodgings but several were actually hotels. The rooms were all suitable, but the biggest setback was that we never had a lift to get to the upper floors so getting our suitcase up the stairs was sometimes a challenge - pack light. On the bus, backpacks must go under the seat, only small handbags will fit overhead. If you can't do a 7-day tour, the 5-day tour incorporates the best parts of the 7-day tour - our bus had both 5 and 7-day tour guests for the first 5 days, then they changed us to a new driver/tour guide legally one driver cannot drive more than 5 days.
Gillian was a great guide. Had a very nice tour, and inside stories on places. Loved the side trip to Dunkeld.
It was a wonderful day! My focus in booking was St. Andrews to visit the Old Course, but while that was an incredible experience, I found the stops along the way to be just as wonderful. Thank you Rabbies! I will surely be back for another tour!
Excellent! Tour operator Rabbies was efficient and well organized. Tour guide and driver, Laura was knowledgeable, friendly and made the day fun! Best tour guide ever!! Worth your day in St. Andrews.
A great tour with a great guide. Had a fun experience, saw all that we wanted to see and more thanks to the knowledgable and experienced guide. We stopped a couple of places that were not advertised and they added a lot to the tour and gave us a good view of Scotland and the fantastic countryside and people. Highly recommend this tour to anyone wanting to see St. Andrews and surrounding areas.
We took four tours while in Scotland, and this was our favorite. St. Andrews was beautiful, the drive from Edinburough to St. Andrews was wonderful. Excellent tour guide,
Excellent. favourite castle near Edinburgh was Craigmillar. Top Abbey - Dunfermeline.

We took this tour on the day before the British Open and were able to stay in town to enjoy the festivities of the event. The tour company was very flexible with us on that and the tour guide was awesome--a wealth of knowledge told in a creative and interesting way. We had an amazing day!
Very well presented with a good guide who helped us very well with our brief visit to Edinburgh. She made it a very worthwhile experience.
Short and sweet. Excellent way to see the city and get your bearings!

The quality of the Rabbie's tour bus and driver/guide were excellent. Gordon knew a great deal about the history and the area and seemed very keen for us to get the most out of our experience. He provided a good balance of talking, silence and music to make the time pass while driving. We had the opportunity to drive across and walk the Old Course and the picture on the Swinton Bridge was the highlight of the trip. Lovely time walking around the town of St. Andrews and plenty of short stops on the drive made the day pass very pleasantly. Highly recommend Rabbie's Tours when in Edinburgh.
Gordon was a highly knowledgeable and entertaining tour guide. Loved his musical tastes and the shops he recommended for us!
Had a great time with this 16 person tour of St Andrews and Fife. Had Jillian the driver and guide and she was wonderful and full of knowledge for the area. What a stunning country! So beautiful and green. How great that our tour happened to coincide with The British Open golf tournament opening day during our 3-hours in St Andrews were able to stand near 18th hole and watch 3 major golfers-Els,Watson and Daly!!! My husband was so excited! Thanks again for a fabulous tour Rabbies and Viator!
The Highlands were absolutely stunning. If you want to maximize the number of different things and areas that you see, this is the way to go! You don't have to worry about driving or finding places to stay. Our first tour guide Heather was superb. She did the right amount of talking, story telling, describing history and places and playing music. She has a flair for the sense of drama. Our second tour guide Tony was also outstanding. He is incredibly enthusiastic and loves to describe the many things along the route. He brings it alive for you and always had good tips for places to go and see during the stops. I would recommend this company and these two drivers/guides Heather and Tony to anyone else who wants to get away to Scotland.
My husband and his friend couldn't say enough about how much they loved this day trip! Highly recommended!
My mother and I joined the 7 Day Tour to the Highlands and it was fantastic! I would certainly recommend it. Our group was a nice mix of early teens to singles and seniors. Our tour guides Heather 5days and Tony 2days had different styles, but both were quite charming, witty and took great care of us all! From early morning till evening, they went above and beyond to give us a great tour with music, history and stories, which kept us all pleasantly entertained, despite some rainy days. All done with a wonderful passion and love for Scotland that spoke true to our hearts and made us fall in love with Scotland even more!
The best guides ever!
excellent guides saw everything I wanted to and more!
Great way to save money, see multiple sites, and avoid lines.

Stephen is a good guide. He told lots of good stories. I enjoyed the trip.
Great trip and Richard was terrific
The sites we visited alone would make this tour a must-see, but our guide Gill made the trip truly special. She found a way to work in several interesting little side stops that were not included on the itinerary giving me the chance to see a side of Fife I wouldn't have found on my own.
