Our guide was excellent. He was very knowledgable about the history of the country. Very friendly and kept a close eye to make sure no one got left behind all day.
This was a FANTASTIC Tour. Talga was a great guide and so concerned about the welfare of his clients. Instead of taking us to Topkapi Palace and the Blue Mosque in the morning, he asked if we could reverse the schedule and showed us the l-o-n-g lines to those sites when we were nearby. When we went to those sites in the afternoon, we just walked in rather than waiting in the blazing sun. We didn't wait in any lines for any of our stops. His directional hint in the Bazaar helped all of us from getting lost. He knew his stuff, was fun and we had a great time. Would recommend this tour and especially our great guide!!!!
Our tour was delayed by almost for 45 min waiting for other team members to arrive. Our guide was too fast in his explanation and was not very enthusiastic on his job. He gave us a feeling right from the start that he wanted to get over and done with this tour ASAP. The worse thing was the carpet shop visit. That was not mentioned in the intinerary. It was more like a sales talk thing. We wasted another 40 mins there. I would not recommend anybody to join this tour especially if it is conducted by this Tour Operator.
Our evening was a delight. Our driver was waiting at the cruise terminal on time. We arrived for the show early and were seated and served dinner just as the masses started to arrive. The food was good, the dacing was delightful and even better was the master of ceremonies who got the entire house singing and participating even though we were representing many different countries and cultures. The driver was waiting for us after the show and we arrive back at our ship before the cruise lines group returned.

Our guide was a wonderful. He allowed for flexibility - adding the spice market at our request - and had the perfect balance of insight into the many sights. Lunch was much better than expected. Our only concerns were that our time was cut short by the late starting time (as compared to when we docked) and wasted time at stop clearly designed to sell rugs. Overall, fantastic.
Most of the stops are near each other and so are the sites. Can walk to most activities.
This was not a useful service. The port is only a mile or two from the downtown hotels and a taxi would have been a fraction of the cost.
This was a great trip. The guide was wonderful and very helpful + knowledgeable. The lunch was mediocre. Another issue was that we were not warned that most of the trip would be walking and quite a bit of time spent outdoors. We would have been better prepared for it if this was mentioned before. Other than these issues we had a lovely time. I recommend this trip to everyone!

My family and I, cruising throughout the Med and stopping on several ports, decided to take private shore tours to visit the cities without a crowd and it turned out to be the best decision not mentioning we saved good money by booking ourselves. In this particular case for Istanbul we decided to book with Viator. Our experience was the best! We were greeted at the port by our guide Omar, he was wonderful and very knowledgable of his culture. We had a Mercedes Van all to ourselves. The driver was very kind as well. We made the best of our visits to each site and since Omar really knew his way around, we didn't have to make long lines. In the grand bazar we chose to take more time than we were suppose to and he agreed to all we wanted. I had read that lunch was not very good, but to our surprise it was very acceptable. Overall we had a wonderful experience in Istanbul. We highly recommend this company, very professional and reliable. CC Queretaro, Mexico.
