The pace of the tour was good; the guide informative. We got to see a great deal in a short time span. Would definitely recommend this tour.

Wonderful, kind and interested guide. Local operator was very professional and organized.

Great tour, I wish we had more time at the Topkapi Palace, but definitely a great overall tour.

It was grate. Lovely group, it's a VIP trip thanks to Viator.

Great tour. I would add a Bosphorus Tour rather than the Grand Bazaar.

A perfect day in Istanbul. Our guide Ali was excellent; one of the best we have had in all of our city tours. He was so knowledgeable on so many things - history, religion, geography, art, and he was an expert on Oriental carpets. He has written a wonderful short guide book on buying Oriental carpets - make sure to check it out if you are considering buying a real Turkish-made carpet. Ali took us to a quaint local restaurant which served typical fare but was not over-priced. Our driver was great; the van was small and comfortable. A wonderful day in Istanbul.

A really interesting and informative day. Lots to see with an excellent guide. Lunch was really good and when I explained that I was gluten intolerant they brought me a fruit salad for dessert rather than the baklava that everyone else was having. Pick up from the hotel was prompt and umbrellas were provided. Booked it for the first full day we were there and it was the best thing we could have done. Gave us a brilliant insight into the city and would thoroughly recommend it

Excellent, very well organized. Tour guide was knowledgeable and helpful. I have used similar tours elsewhere, but this by far was the best organized.

It is hard for me to rate this tour because all the sights were worth it, but they are all really close to one another which means you could probably visit all of them on your own. Our guide, Omer, although knowledgeable, was not the nicest guide in the world. He clearly knew his stuff, but did not seem interested in engaging with the group. At the bazaar your are simply dropped off on your own so you should not even count this as part of the tour. I did not mind being taken to the rug factory; it was a nice presentation and we did not feel like they were forcing us to buy something. Bottom line, if you are only spending one or two days in Istanbul, this tour is a great option. Otherwise, consider visiting these sights on your own.

Although the sites were good and the guide very informational, this day lasted until 8pm as traffic was horrific and we were stuck on the bus for 3 hours going back to hotel and had to drop off 2 others first. It also poured rain and we were not aware we had to walk everywhere. Not a usual experience with these tours, and very dissapointed.

Excellent. The guide was very knowledgable, patient and had good English. The group was small and we were not rushed. The sites as above we're truly magnificent. A great way to see lots in one day.

We booked a full day tour in Istanbul with our two teenagers. We were very pleased with the level of professionalism of our guide, Vulcan. He was clearly knowledgeable of the history of the city and his English was very good. We learned so much from him that otherwise we would not have experienced on our own or with a large group. The tour was very well organized and included a nice lunch with a view of Hagia Sophia. We casually mentioned that we'd like to have a lesson on the making of Turkish carpets and he immediately set up a visit to a reputable carpet wholesaler in the area and accompanied us. For our family, having a real expert on the history of the sites, one who truly loves his country and its culture, made the tour very enjoyable and memorable.
