This was probably the highlight of my trip! Some other tours are not really worth the money, to be honest, but this one certainly is.
It was a long day of touring but well worth it. The tour guide was very knowledgeable and eloquent. You get to see all the major sites in one day, best part was skipping the queues. It was very convenient being picked up and dropped off at the hotel as well, especially since our hotel was not near the tramway.
Excellent tour, would like to have had little more time in the bazaar area.
Doing what: Istanbul City Tour
Skip the grandd bazaar and do chora church. Great guide Omar and best deal for yah
The money, by far!
We took the istanbul one day sightseeing tour after reading the reviews given on the website, but was thoroughly disappointed with the entire experience. To start with the guide arrived more than 20 minutes late at our pick up location, wasted 1.5 hours for lunch which was not needed, took us to a carpet showroom spending more than an hour out there when it was not mentioned in our itinerary. All this left us with very less time to cover the major tourist attractions.
Hotels I up was prompt, and we thoroughly enjoyed the show - generous food and drink with good service
Doing what: Istanbul by Night: Turkish Dinner and Show
It was a most enjoyable tour. The guide was very knowledgeable, spoke excellent English and never rushed. The vehicle was comfortable . It gave us a great overview of Istanbul in one full day. This was our first time in this great city. One suggestion---have ear phone -microphone connections with the guide. In large areas some words from the guide were missed as one was taking pictures. In all, I would not hesitate recommending the tour or Viator.
Very interesting, the guide was excellent, real life experience, makes you appreciate what you live in america !!!
Our guide was very experienced and had a lot of knowledge . We went to some lovely sites and had a great time
Miniaturk, Eyup Sultan r.a.'s shrine and mosque as well as Pierre Loti Hill are sites not to be missed. It was nice day!
Doing what: Golden Horn and Miniaturk Park Tour in Istanbul
Awesome tour guide, Omar was the best. Perfect tour, BUT WATCH OUT for the lunch time drink gauge! 5 euro for a soda! That's sooooo wrong! The dinner show was fun too. At the end one of the servers asked for a tip several times it was very uncomfortable! Book the sight seeing tour and skip the dinner show...
An excellent way to get to know the important sights!
There was a bit of confusion with airport transfers. Once I came out of the airport my name was not on the board. I looked confused for a while only to spot my tiny name on the very bottom of the piece of paper after a long while. We waited at the airport for a while for nobody really but once in the car t was all fine, nice and comfortable. The tour was nice and interesting. Tour guide ( I am sorry but forgot her name now) was very nice. Going to underground tunnels was boring, nothing really interesting there. We had only small group which was great but not enough time to take good photos in he valley if you are interested in photography. It was nice to see pottery and carpets factories and stores.
