Everything about the trip was perfect. The operators were professional and personable. We would use them again.

This was my favorite tour! Our driver Brando picked us up at the hotel and once we got the other three couples we headed out. It's a bit of a ride (3 hours) but Brando pointed out interesting thing on the trip and kept us engaged. I wish we had a little more time to wander around Amalfi but all to soon we had to head off to Positano. Positano was beautiful and we had a great lunch. Pompeii was the favorite part of this tour for me. Gitano was our Guide and he was incredible! He walked us through the city and helped you see how these people lived. He truly loves his subject matter and it comes across beautifully! We learned so much and enjoyed every minute of it! It was a perfect end to a perfect day. Viator knows what they are doing because we used them for all our tours and they were all awesome. Their descriptions of what they provide are dead on and from my experience their guides can't be beat!

there needs to be improvement with the scheduling.

For our pompeii tour, our tour guide had to explain everything in spanish and english thus taking too long. Our lunch took more than an hour . After 2.5 hours on the road, we stayed in amalfi for barely half an hour before we had to head back

My boyfriend and I traveled to Rome for Christmas and so the regular options for Positano were out, which is why we selected this tour. The day starts about 700 with a 3 hour drive to Pompeii, you spend about 2 hours in Pompeii, and then another hour drive to Positano, where you spend 2 hours, another drive to Amalfi, and then 3 hours back. We got back to our hotel around 9pm.

Overall we really liked the trip, the parts I didn't like were really not the operator's fault which is the 3 hours down and back (this is why I included it in the review, so you know what you are getting into). Pompeii was very interesting. Our guide was Hector and he was great! We had a great lunch in Positano and spent time on the beach. At this point, I would have just preferred more time in Positano and not gone on to the last stop. We were pretty exhausted by the end.

I would rather have either just done Pompeii and Positano or just Positano and Amalfi. Either way if you are prepared for a long car ride and only have a day to visit the Amalfi coast then I say this tour is a good one. If you have more time, then I would stay at least a night so you can really enjoy the food, shopping, and views that the Amalfi has to offer.

We had a lovely day trip to the Amalfi Coast and Positano. Brando was an amazing coach driver and guide. Despite a major accident that happened on the main highway to Amalfi, Brando used alternate routes and we managed to get to the coast in a timely manner. No rush, it was a relaxing drive. The tour of Pompeii was educational. Didn't have time to pose for good pictures we were so focus on what the tour guide was saying...for all we know, we were already headed for the exit! It was a fun experience though. This tour also included a short drive through Naples and we got to see the Island of Capri and City of Sorrento from a distance.

This was a very good tour. Our driver and guide picked us up at our hotel. They explained what our tour included but asked us if there was anything special that we wanted to do. Not knowing the area the guide made some really good suggestions. What we were looking for is someone to basically drive us up this coast but in a more private setting. For the most part we were given ample time but wish we had spent more time in Amalfi itself. I highly recommend this tour if you want to escape the tour bus group for a more personal time.
