My husband and I had a wonderful time cooking with Fabio. The class was a lot of fun and we learned a lot about authentic Italian food. We spent ten days in Italy and this was one of the highlights!

This was an amazing tour! Chef Francesco is the best as he took us on a market tour with tastings and advise on how to buy fresh produce. The cooking class was perfect as we actually made an entire meal and learned how easy it is to make pasta and then enjoyed it afterward in the wine cellar with wine. We would definitely do this class again and will be putting our new skills to use at home!

This was the best experience we had in Florence! We made 3 different types of pasta and sauces which we enjoyed eating afterward. Francesco, the chef, is absolutely wonderful and not only teaches you how to make amazing Italian dishes but makes it fun also. We would definitely do this again!

We loved this and since we have been home we can't stop cooking from the receipe book we were given, Giovannia is a great Chef and shared his knowledge with us at the farmers market where we bought our supplies to make our 3 couse meal. We recommand you do this it is one of the things you can use the rest of your life.

This class was absolutely fantastic. We started off with a trip to the outdoor market and butcher then headed over to the home of our chef. He had a great apartment with a rooftop. There's no way we ever would have gotten that experience otherwise. Everyone in the class was fun/friendly. The chef and his assistants were helpful. The menu was comprehensive. We got to try a lot of traditional Italian dishes. Food was excellent. We had dessert and coffee at the chef's restaurant after. The class went on beyond the scheduled timeframe but well worth it. WE ALL HAD AN AMAZING TIME! Highly recommend!

We took a total of six tours while in Rome and Florence and this was the BEST ONE. We had so much fun both cooking and eating. The chefs/teachers were personable, funny, and very good cooks. It was great to have a "hands' on experience. At the end of the meal we were given the recipes that we tried. I did it at home a week later and it was delicious, just like when we cooked it in Florence.

Fabio was fantastic. We had a wonderful time. My husband was not that excited when we booked but Fabio made a believer out of him. He even wants to buy a pasta machine like we used at Fabio's house. Going to the market and walking through the local neighborhood was great. It was also nice of Fabio to end our class back at his restaurant for dessert.

Private class, where I made 3 kinds of pasta and could ask questions and take pictures. The staff were excellent and I felt a part of the team.
The tour was good, a fast walk past some great sites it return to. Lots of great information and the guide was wonderful, even used her own phone to help me with a reservation.

Excellent Cooking Class and a really enjoyable day. Wish we had the time to book the Pizza and Gelato class too. It is quite a long day and you get a chance to eat what you made at about 3.30pm. Would recommend possibly packing a snack to eat or eating a large breakfast.

GREAT! AWESOME! Monica was excellent, we made pasta, 1st. for us, and many more fantastic dishes. The apartment in the 15th century town was unbelievable, one of the very best experiences of our trip! If you don't do this you will miss a great memory.

My husband and I had a great time at the cooking class. Our instructor was really interesting. We liked going to the market and trying the various olive oils and balsamic vinegars. The lady at the market was great as well. Five Star event.

the tour was very late getting to where we were to meet and then we had to deal with one guide and two different languages to deal with. not on the walking tour web site.it was also way to short and not much more than we had seen the day before on our own. The cooking class was way too cool and everything we thought it would be. the best part was we only had 3 people in our class and got very good one on one help and more explanation on the in's and out's of how to and why to do it a certain way. loved it and will be using our new tricks at home at our next cooking day with our kids, would really be a shame to miss this class so take it and you will love it.
