This was a very good tour. The transportation and guide were excellent. I would recommend this to anyone who has time to take a day trip from Jerusalem.

I was initially rather hesitant about booking this tour as I was concerned there might be lots of shopping stops. In the event there was only one which was reasonably brief. Our guide was absolutely first rate , very knowledgeable and enthusiastic. I would not have gained nearly so much if I had gone on my own and the whole trip was very efficient and well organized. Our guide ended her commentary with a beautiful Hebrew song about the area which she sang wonderfully. A day to remember.

Trip was exactly as explained. Guide was very knowledgeable and made sure that his explanations were geared to everyone, including my 10 year old travelling companion. The bus was small making for a good size group. The group was comprised of both English and French speaker so guide had to provide commentary in both languages.

This trip was okay after a long telephone call trying to explain that we wanted to leave our hotel on 4/23 @ 8:30 PM - - not 7:30AM on the 24th. My fault as I was not aware that our plane left at 12:40 AM on the 24th.

Eyol was a very attentive guide and looked after us well. He offered full explanations of places visited and was happy to answer any extra questions we had.
Thank you.

The transfer from Ben Gurion airport to our hotel was handled superbly. We were met at the gate, taken to a car, and safely delivered.

One tour guide did not keep us very well informed....we were told that we were getting out to go a souvenir shop....what he failed to mention was that after the shop, we were not getting back to the bus before going immediately up a hill to a church. So, out of the shop and straight to a beautiful church with no camera, no water bottle, no shawl for shoulders etc. that was king of frustrating.

As always they stop at the souvenir store for too long. I didn't come on a tour to buy Dead Sea facial products

Great tour but stopped at a location for lunch that was very expensive and nothing near by as an alternative - several people on the tour chose just not to eat and had to wait an hour for the rest of us - other than the poor lunch it was a good tour

The tour guide was knowledgeable and informative. However, when we signed up for this tour, we did not realize we would be on a bus with tourists who could not understand English. Therefore, the tour guide would switch between English and Spanish. Plus a Russian interpreter was in the back of the bus for those tourists. That was somewhat distracting and kept this tour from being at least a four star rating.

The trip was very educational and interesting but lacked time management. Our bus left 1.5 hour late. Once we arrived near Masada, we were brought to the Ahava cosmetics product shop and had to spend another hour in the shop. As the result, we arrived at Masada at noon time when the sun was the strongest and temperature at +35 degrees. A much better option would've been to go to Masada first and to the shop at the end of the trip. After we came back to Jerusalem, we had to wait another hour for a bus to bring us back to the meeting point.
