A great way to get your bearings around this interesting town. The drivers were all very knowledgeable and very interesting. There was a cruise ship in port adding a lot of additional passengers, but they were very organised with additional shuttles etc.

The trolly operator was boring when he talked. He had a monotone voice. I didn't stay for the entire tour and hopped off. USE ONLY if you are truly hopping on and off. Really, most of the stuff is in one area and is walkable.

Sorry this tour did not live up to our expectation. There was NO fear! All we had was a young guy dressed in a black jacket and black top hat giving us a history lesson of who was supposed to have died. To be fair he appeared to know his script! yes thats how it felt. He had learnt the script and did his best to put a bit of action into it, but we felt he didnt suceed. There was no dark alleys, no pretend movements of anything! The only high light of the tour was when a rat ran across the elecric wires above us. S

We purchased out tickets on line and saw what we paid was about $10 below the Carnival price. Viator also had other activities well below Carnival. If you are cruising, there is noi reason not to take advantage of this service. We got off a couple times and shortly later we would bet back on, very little wait which was a surprise since there were three boats in Key West and about 12,000 extra tourists. our tour guids were informative, easy to hear and funny. Easy to exchance the tickets by the way, we were a little worried about that. Would do this again in the future as well as purchase other events. There was a Senior Discount on the dock, which I did not see on the web site. so even more savings available if you have reached that level in your life.

The trolley was great particularly because we had Louie as our guide. We stayed on all the way to the lowest point just because he was so interesting and funny. We had another guide on the way back who was very pleasant and informative so we enjoyed and learned so much about Key West from both of them. It's a must if you have only 1 day to see it all while in port from a cruise.

Definitely great value for money! I was a bit hesitant in booking hop-on-hop-off tours, since the last one we did in a major city didn't go very well (atrocious waiting times) - but the folks in Key West run this like a well-oiled machine. Glad we decided to leave the car in the hotel!

This tour was informative, entertaining and lots of fun. It was our first night in Key West and we heard lots of good stories about the places we visited the next day. There were a few places we added to our travels after hearing the history and relevance. We highly recommend this to others.

The Trolley Tour was great! April was extremely well-versed in the City's history and kept the entire group engaged in the trip. I would definately recommend (and already have) this Tour to our friends and family. My desire to visit Key West again has a lot to do with the great job your company does!
