Doing what: Koh Samui Island Safari and Elephant Ride
Awesome experience!!! Got more than I was expecting, including mid morning fruit, refreshment and lunch. Visitors are encouraged to touch and pat the elephants and monkeys. They encourage tipping to buy fruit for the animals which you can feed them, which also helps ensure the animals eat well. The guide was excellent and was responsible for the small group for the entire day, spoke clearly and was very friendly and happy to provide comphrehensive insights into the animals, sights and answer your questions. The animal experience was amazing. We even stopped to see tigers. Take some extra baht for photos, tips, tigers. Overall, excellent value.

Majority of the other tourists were german, so the tour guide spoke majority in german - even though we're english speaking. The tour itself, the places we went was quite nice

Doing what: Koh Samui 4WD Jeep Jungle Tour
The guides english was very poor and towards the end of the day he simply decided to join the second jeep of people so we were stuck on a jeep with a driver and no one spoke english at all. This tour isn't as exciting as it sounds. You spend most of the time driving on tar roads and there is only a little off-road but it was a good way to see the island. Lunch was in a little hut high up in the mountains and the food was pretty good.

Doing what: Koh Samui 4WD Jeep Jungle Tour
I was the only English speaking participant on the tour. It was average with a lot of driving and limited time at the venues. Overall, the tour was enjoyable, however not a home run. Be prepared for an open air jeep ride, lots of walking, average waterfalls, average lunch. In all a nice overview tour, but nothing to write home about.

Doing what: Sea Kayaking at Ang Thong National Marine Park from Koh Samui
Sea kayaking was great. The snorkelling was not - the water was murky and there was nothing to see! The boat trip was long and uncomfortable as the boat was old, very slow and unclean. Instructions were not clear and it seemed disorganized.

Good entertainment and Good Value. Although some tours double up E.G. Elepnat and Monkey shows.

A LOT OF HAGING AROUND WATING UNTIL WE GOT GOING. ONLY GOT UP TO THE 4 X4 DRIVING AFTER LUNCH WHICH WAS QUITE ENJOYABLE. A BIT DISSAPOINTING TO BE HONEST

Most enjoyable day, covering all the specified itinerary. Our guide was very knowledgable and had a good sense of humour. Excellent lunch in a very remote lodge, covered some very extreme off road jungle terrain, driver was very capable. well worth while trip. Thanks.

the tour guide is excellent. He did a good job, but the 4WD jeep was more than like a pick up truck. Sitting in the rear bench whole day long was kind of torture.

Swimming in the waterfall is the highlight of this trip. Too many people in vehicle very hit and nit particulary comfortable.
