Krabi Travel Tips
Friendly people, delicious food and some local flavor make the provincial capital of Krabi a pleasant place to spend a day. Most travelers quickly breeze through, using the town as a jumping-off point for the wonderful surrounding destinations - Ko Lanta to the south, Ko Phi-Phi to the southwest and Ao Nang, Railay and Tham Phra Nang to the west.
Some travelers elect to stay in town and make day trips to the latter, as there are many good guesthouses and dining options here.
